Till date it is recorded that this is the 4th complaint for a common defect of water leakage from internal unit which is not yet resolved permanently.
We have already booked complaint dated 24.12.2017 (Tkt no - j[protected]) and your service engineer has stated that the drain tray is damaged. It is surprising too know how this could happen for new ac and how come it was not detected by your previous attendants. It is also surprising to know from your service centre that you don’t have this part in ready stock to replace it immediately and will take minimum 15 days’ time.
If this is the case then we want the whole unit to be replaced immediately as we cannot wait for such long period.
Awaiting your earliest response in this regards.
