Respected blue star team,
I hemant matwankar from vasai had a problem with my deepfreezer of 300 ltrs.. It had freezing related issues it was not working properly. So i contacted the customer care number [protected] on 16.04.18 so they said that their engineer will visit in 24 hours and will call before he comes...
Their engineer with mobile number [protected] and his name was shadab visited on 17.04.18 he said that the "overload" named part is damaged so need to replace it so i asked for the cost he said it'll cost you 4250 i said it's not expensive can you give some discount so he called his senior and said he's been permitted to give 10% discount on total bill. So it came to 4250 + 350 visiting charges so he gave me a discount of 460 and i paid him 4160.. I asked for bill he asked me to give my email and i gave same he said i'll get bill on email which i've not received yet.. He also gave me[protected] customer care number. Later after 2-3 hours i noticed that the ice is not forming in the deepfreezer. So i called the engineer and customer care number regarding the issues but both said engineer will come late evening but none turned up...
My concern is that there are goods worth 25000+ in the freezer if it gets spoiled who's the one to be blamed or responsible i'm going to take this issue damn seriously and approach consumer court...
The so called agencies whom you hire do not even provide a id card to their employees how the hell do we know that these people are genuine. Later at 6 pm when i called customer care number they said they'll call in 30 min but no one turned up...
So i again called customer care and the person over there talked to me very rudely and i also have the recordings of the same where they are giving me badwords as well..

    I had bought a ac from blue star india company, after about 1 year it start going to working unwell. I complaint a technician visit to company on 5 april 2018, the technician repair the ac but it not work well. I again register a complaint and after 4 visit, it is not working well against of this the company employee call with us rude behaviour and tell that it is all our fault there is no fault of company and angry on us and resolve our problem.

      Hi team,

      This is in regards for the amc papers of my blue star split ac which was supposed to be delivered within 24hrs. My registered mobile number for this complaint is +91-[protected]. Your team shared my contact details to a dwarka (Delhi) based blue star dealer and one of their guys came to my flat and shared a bill of the amc of 2400.00 inr and confirmed that the amc papers will be delivered within 24hrs to my doorstep. This entire conversation happened on 23rd march, 2018 and the money was paid instantly to them.

      Since then it has been closed to two weeks those guys aren't responding to my calls/messages and i feel like i have been scammed. When contacted today to your blue star customer support on[protected], they said they won't be able to help me on this. The dealer that i am trying to complaint about is:

        I bought AC on 1/3/2017.
        Warranty period was 1 year in which I shoulf get 2 free Services.
        I registered complaint for Service on 6/2/2018. (Complaint no.S[protected]). But the complaint was dismissed.
        I had no free Service during the warranty period.
        And now when I register for Service, Company says it will be chargeable.
        No-Proper reply from the Company and also from the Dealer - Vijay Sales, CG Road, Ahmedabad.
        I should be given atleast 1 free service from the company, because I had registered the complaint during the warranty period.

        I bought an 1.5 Ton AC- aluminium coil on Jan 2017. Few months ago i found there were water leakage problem in my AC. Yesterday a technician from blue star visited and told that. I need to change the coil.. In this case i want to know what is the coil warranty and how it will get damaged??

          Hello bluestar,

          I had raised my concern and the same was logged under the above tkt number. I must say enough of mental harassment i have faced and wasted entire two days of mine by false commitments of your vendor alfashat (Sohail, ansari and mansoor, specifically sohail) despite of clear communication i was told that today the tech will come as yesterday the work done was incomplete. To my shear disappointment the guys are totally unprofessional and caused a lot of trouble to me. I am not sure why despite the reprsentatives aligned to the issue. Please speak with mr. Prasad and get my issue resolved max by tomorrow by 11 am. As enough is enough

            Dear sir,

            I have bought bluestar ac from the dealer in indore. The day when we install this ac the problem started. First it was not proper installed. After several call nobody listen to us. We have paid and sorted our problem with some other person. Now again for the last 10 days i am calling but no response. I am so much depressed by the behaviour of bluestar as i have been told that ac from bluestar is good. Seriously the service is very very poor. You keep them calling and every time false promise. First they dont pick your call and if by mistake they pick they give u false promise. If you will call from other person they will pick ur call.

              Hello,
              So i purchased a 2 ton inverter ac last year and got a reminder call to service the ac as it is under warranty. I booked a ticket for free service on[protected] bluestar's toll free customer service number. I also inquired about shifting the ac into another room (Same house), the customer service rep quoted rs. 700 to rs. 900 (Incorrect information). When i got a call from the local dealer/ service centre in kharghar, navi mumbai, they quoted me rs.750 to uninstall the ac and rs. 1200 to install the ac in another room or location. I agreed after a lot of hassle and convincing as i was given incorrect information before via the customer care guys.
              Now the actual trouble starts. On tuesday 13th march 2018, two guys came at my place (Ehteshaim & another guy with him, these are local freelancers and not bluestar employees) i briefed them that my primary requirement is to service the ac and then to shift it into another room. They first got the ac uninstalled, then they cut the copper tube, when i questioned them proactively then the guy told me that the tube's opening is damaged while uninstalling and anyways as i am shifting it into another room, we don't require such a long copper tube. I thought he is the expert and chose to trust him. Then as per my brief, he started drilling hole into my wall to install the indoor unit (I think this requires experience) after a few attempts he started to complain that the wall is not of brick but beam (Concrete and iron rods). I assured him that we had checked it with the builder and confirmed it with him before installing the ac last year. Still this guy refused to drill the hole stating that his drill machine might not work after that, i called the builder again and switched it to speaker phone and confirmed again with the builder. Still, he insisted that we fit it according to him on another wall and things will be fine. He drilled two different holes on another wall, way below the beam is suppose to be and again stated that it is not working & even his choice of wall is a beam. His drill machine was leaking oil and has left black oil stains all over, probably this was the reason he could not drill the hole in the first place. He told me he cannot do anything and that he is calling a core cutting guy which will cost me around rs 1200 to rs. 1500 extra. I told him, if that is the case then how come we installed the ac successfully last year? He has no reply. I told him that i will call customer service first, at this he started to pack his bag and said that he cannot work on my ac and has to leave. By now my house had already been a mess, my ac was uninstalled, copper tubes were cut in two pieces without my permission and this guy told me he is leaving. I demanded to speak to his boss or someone from the bluestar service centre. He called his boss and his boss connected me to mr. Shrikant from kharghar, navi mumbai. This is when i got to know that it is a franchise and not a service centre. On my behest mr. Shrikant assured me that he is sending his senior technician mr. Afsal.
              I was assured that mr. Afasl will be at my place in 45 mins, but he came at least after 90 mins (I was uninformed about this and got an update only after calling mr. Shrikant again). Mr. Afsal is again not a bluestar employee, but he seemed a little more experienced than the previous guys, i clearly told him to inform me about any changes he has to do to my location requirement or if he has to do anything that will cost me extra. And also told him to fill white cement where the previous guys had made extra holes in my wall in their trial and error method, he agreed. He immediately knew how to drill the hole properly and got my ac installed as per my original plan (Where the previous guys refused to listen to me and insisted that the entire wall is a beam). I reminded him that it also needs to be serviced, he said he will do it at the end.
              Now the funny part starts, i got relaxed and chose to focus on my work as afsal had installed the indoor unit. After a few minutes afsal told me that the copper tubing is all damaged and that it needs to be changed, i was shocked as the last guy had already cut the damaged part and now this guy claims that the whole thing is damaged. I questioned him how is it possible? It is not even one year old. He told me it will cost me rs. 250 per feet for the copper tubes. I straight away told him to fit it with the existing tubes as this is not the first time that i am using an air conditioner. He took at least two more hours to fit the copper tubes, started to do some welding (Without informing me about the extra cost that will be incurred) and installed the outdoor unit, his work is so careless and shody that he did not even bother to install the protective cover on the copper tubings where it connects with the outdoor unit. Now technically because i had purchased extra copper tubes last time (As we required lengthy copper tubes), i should have left with at least 4 to 5 foot of copper tubes as the new location of the ac does not require such a long tube. When i questioned him about the extra copper tube which is left behind, he said he broke it into pieces. I could not believe it, i told him you charge 250 bucks/ foot and you broke 5 feet of tube into pieces? He said its of no use and that i won't be able to use it anyways, i told him i will make windchimes or do whatever i want to do with it as i had purchased it. He refused to give it back, he was like "arre sahab, aapke kisi kaam ka nahi hai. Aur main bhi usko phek hi dunga." i still insisted that i purchased it and it is my property. But guess what? He took that copper tube with him. He only wiped my ac indoor unit with a dirty cloth clumsily, washed the inner filters and said "hogaya service", did not fill any white cement in the holes made in my wall and took my copper tubes even after warning him not to. Later he is giving me an inflated bill rs. 750 for uninstalling which he never did + rs. 1200 for installing + rs. 250 for welding which was hardly any + he said he has used a foot of brand new copper tube (Which technically is impossible) on questioning him he immediately waived off the welding rs. 250 and copper tube amount rs. 250.
              When it came for the payment, i told him that i am paying him rs. 1000 right now as he only did the installation and somebody else uninstalled the ac and that i will speak to mr. Shrikant or bluestar about the troubles i had faced, the balance payment and then transfer the funds. He got agitated and interrupted me saying don't transfer the funds to shrikant and that i need to pay him & not shrikant. As i wanted to escalated the matter and bring this into notice i told him i am out of cash, he immediately left his account number and told me not to transfer the funds to mr. Shrikant under any circumstances.
              I cannot believe that bluestar is entrusting their customers into a bunch o[censored]nprofessionals and liars and chindi people. The first person "ehtesham" wanted me to do core cutting where it is not required and refused to finish his work. Second person "afsal" wanted me to unnecessarily buy fresh copper tubes, when i chose not to, he stole mine. I chose not to pay the balance amount until and unless i escalate the matter and hear from bluestar.
              What an amazing customer service by bluestar india, a company whose stock price is more than rs. 800 but ethics and customer value is zero.
              I demand an explanation on this from bluestar officials and not from some franchise owner, i want the entire amount of my ac to be refunded and take back your piece of equipment. If you guys cannot value customer service, then what's the use? I strongly recommend people from navi mumbai and specially kharghar not to buy bluestar ac as they send local freelancers for installation and service, and trust me they are nowhere close to professionals who are just trying to leech money out of you. I purchased a washing machine worth rs. 19000 and even they sent professional, well trained guys in their company uniforms. How much more should we expect when we purchase a product worth rs. 62000/-

              Update: forgot to attach images last night when raised the complaint. Following images prove the kind of service bluestar provides, they don't bother to provide a satisfactory service. All they want to do is just do the work for the sake of it, try to make extra money, collect their payment and leave. These completely work out of their own will and for their own convenience. Afsal called me yesterday about the balance payment, I clearly told him that technically he has only installed the AC and I have paid him Rs. 1000, and I will only clear the balance payment after I hear from Bluestar. He kept on insisting that I transfer the funds immediately. To which I clearly denied, awaiting response from Bluestar.
              Kindly help me and other potential customers from this inconvenience caused by such unprofessional service.

                We had complaint to blue star service center on 12-feb - 2018 that blue start water dispenser cooling cabinet was not cooling. But cold water from the dispenser was coming.
                Bluestar forwarded this complaint to kool point (Authorised blue star service center) who sent 2 technicians (Name of one was rajesh-[protected]) who opened the entire dispenser and said that the compressor was out of order. When we said if compressor is out of order then how cold water is coming, they have no answer. They took their money rs 590 and left. Then their owner mr. Pankaj ([protected]) came after 1 hour to check the dispenser. He also after spending 1 hour said the compressor has to be replaced. Then, some guy –suraj came on 15-feb. He agreed that problem is from their side, as now even cold water stopped coming, which was coming prior to engg visit. He agreed there is issue in diagnosing fault. We requested some experienced engineer from blue star company to come & check our water dispenser. Then, mr. Vishal (Manager-south, central & east delhi) again sent engg on 17-feb, who is asking compressor cost, gas filing cost from us.
                They are only keen on asking money for cost of compressor replacement. This is sheer lack of technical knowledge on their part, thereby befooling customers.

                  Refrigerator failure .It is second time tht the refrigerator has failed. 1st time customer service mechanic repaired it and was assured that the problem will not occur again, but again it occurred i, e half part of the refrigerator was not cooling ...the result is a heavy damage to the products and stored in it .
                  Around Rs 10, 000 of product is damaged for the second time .
                  Half part of the refrigerator was cooling and other part was not cooling .

                  This is regarding servicing for a water cooler installed in Goa Medical College, It was installed more than a year back and repeated calls to the helpline and earlier complaints have not been resolved. Earlier ticket number S[protected] was attended but not completed.

                    Sub: selling damaged piece of ac - refund money - reg

                    I ch. P. V. Ramesh purchase the blue star 1.5 ton coppercoil split ac

                    5 star rating on 09/06/2017. After two days the technician instalation ac now the

                    Ac not cooling only comes to fan air. The technician says that the room walls are

                    Very thin the current voltage is low the room cooling is minimum half hour observed

                    It if not verifed. So manytimes online complint the technician is coming. Sir the

                    Company is forgetten the gas into compressor, no problum now i kept to gas in

                    Comprressor. Next comes to so manydays the gas is putting in compressor, after

                    Two days not to comes cooling. Next so many times calling come and says that the

                    Ac is leaked. I repair it and taken the ac outdoor indoor units. I have purchase new

                    Ac or secondhand old ac. You are selling empty compressor fixing in the ac

                    Why are you taken the damaged/ repaired peace?

                    I have wanted returned my money if not i goes to the consumer court

                    I think that goes to new house with new item. I have not to use a single minute.

                    I think that the blue star company is famous oldest company our collegues suggest

                    That take the samsung invertor cool they are using it. The day is bad day because i

                      I have buy mac hot cold and plain water cooler when installed its a defectve piece but airofrost cant replace. I fedup its service i dont know why not replace defective piece its a leakege piece plz replace
                      We take two three time complaint to aerofrost but he told us we are not replace it also knows its a defective piece but asking to change parts

                        Ac is giving more sound from date of installation but your installation engineer told me that it will stop automatic after running 2-3 months.

                        I have logged complaint 17th October 2017 which was cancelled by company than again lodged same On 27/10/17
                        AC is giving more sound from date of installation but your installation engineer told me that it will stop automatic after running 2-3 months.

                        Dear sir,

                        A bad smell coming from inside the AC.I think something died inside the AC. Kindly provide the quick service because we can't stay without removing the bed smell and also going sick by this.
                        Kindly send the mechanic today positively.

                          Dear sir/mam,

                          Greetings!

                          This is to inform you officially that we launch a complaint regarding deep freezer cooling on dated[protected]. Complaint id b[protected] till now no proper response from your team.

                          When the lower staff did not respond my call, i called up mr. Anupam ([protected]) but no response finally i made a call to customer care & i came to know that my complaint was closed without resolving. It is just 06 moths before we bought it, it is under warranty.

                          If this matter is not taken seriously than our company will file a complaint in consumer court.

                            I have given appointment by today 10 am in 3 days back. But i wait till 11.40 am no one came and having to call. After 11.45 i called to service team, they said will come by afternoon @ 3.30 pm. I have to wait till 4 oclk but not come. Then one service man called me @at 4.25 pm and he said can't able to search address.
                            This is not acceptable reason.
                            I am really not happy to your treamandous service.

                              Complaint type-air conditioner repaired three times from the year of purchase same problem coming every year and loss of money

                              I bought a blue star 1 ton split ac on[protected] from the dealer-vasanth &co in, cross cut road, coimbatore.

                              And i got a ac cooling problem in the year 2015. I booked a complaint ticket for service on[protected] from blue star authorised service centre.

                              Technician said that there was a leak in the ac gas pipe and they refilled the gas and they told that the gas leak was rectified and hereafter there will be no problem in the air conditioner. And they charged me amount of (Rs.1500). The service people came from akay cooling point.

                              And again i got a same problem the ac is not getting cooling in (April 2016).

                              Then i booked a complaint ticket number (B[protected]) on[protected].

                              Technician came only after i was calling to them number of times. Then they checked the air conditioner and replied that there is gas leakage again and there is no gas in the ac. The gas should be refilled again. I told them to check properly because last time also they refilled the gas and now again they are telling to refill the gas and demanded for (Rs.3500). But they did not informed me the what is the exact problem in the air conditioner. I asked them to examine the exact problem in ac.

                              Then they informed us to bring the ac to their service point to (Akay cooling point).
                              Sanganoor, coimbatore.

                              Then i took the ac in auto which charged me rs.500 for transport charge and gave to them on[protected] evening to the venue: (Akay cooling point).

                              They did not called me till[protected]. I called them voluntarily and asked the status on[protected]. They told that they will call me tomorrow after checking the ac. The next day also they didn't called me then i called them and asked the status on[protected].

                              And they told that there was a problem in indoor and outdoor unit and the coil from the outdoor unit should be replaced and they are demanding for the amount approximately (Rs.14000).

                              I need a proper replacement as the same problem is occurring from the year of purchase. Then i spoke with the technician (Mr. P. Paneer) on[protected] for the coil replacement he asked me to send the bill copy to him. I have sent the bill copy to him on the same day itself but i didn't get any response from the service people.

                              Then i sent an email to blue star[protected] the next day i got call from blue star and they promised me that they will replace the coil with free of cost but they demanded to pay again - rs.1500 for filling gas and i accepted to pay the amount and they installed the ac in my home.

                              And now[protected] again i got the same cooling problem after the coil replacement from the previous year then i booked a service ticket-b[protected] the technician came to my home and checked the product and told me to bring the product again to their service point which is 15 km away from my home i have spent rs.1500 within two years for the transport cost of bringing the ac to their service point then i brought the ac to their service venue - (Akay cooling point) the technician from the authorized center called me and told me about the problem in ac that again their is a gas leakage problem in the indoor and outdoor unit coil and demanded me to pay-rs14000 the second time they are asking me to pay this amount from last two years. Then i sent an email to blue star customer service and i got call from mr. Ashok kumar v service delivery head and i spoke to him he also demanded me the same amount of rs.14000 for service cost and for every year the same problem is occurring but no proper service is done and this is a manufacture defect product i am getting the same problem from the next year of the ac purchase to till now.

                              I bought the ac for cost-rs.19, 650

                              I spent for service -3500 + (1500 for transport charge)

                              I asked for a new product replacement but they refused and i am too frustrated for last three years due to this improper service from blue star.

                                I purchased blue star a/c on 20 may 2016. It was working fine till 15 days back. Then suddenly cooling was ineffective, i registered a complaint with ticket no. B[protected] with promise of resolution by their dealer star tech airconditioners on 12 oct 2017. The technician came and checked the a. C on 13 oct 2017. He found that the cooling coil has developed multiple leakages on the wrong side and refrigerant gas has leaked. The coil can't be repaired and needs replacement costing 5500 rupees plus gas recharging for 2500 rupees plus service charges costing me 8500 rupees approximately. I purchased this 5 star rating a. C due to its copper coils and sturdy performance rating. But i feel cheated now. An a. C which develops such major material defects within 17 months of purchase is unworthy and useless buy and waste of money. I had carrier a. C which lasted 18 years.

                                  As a customer, I feel regret to communicate on poor response from such a reputed concern M/s Blue star & seller "PAYTM"

                                  We live in Kothagudem district, Telangana, which reel under heatwave conditions, often recording the highet temperatures ranging between 43-45-47 degree Celsius. I live in a gated community which 150 homes capacity. After placing the order it came to my notice that most of my friends are not happy with blue star model which i have ordered as that particular model is lagging in performance in summers. When i enquired with the technician he confirmed about the same.

                                  Immediately after product delivery, without wasting any time, i informed PAYTM about the return. And they started playing around.

                                  Before sale you behave as if customer is a king but after sale u guys made us helpless customer. Iam totally dissatisfied.

                                  For your infomation -- "A customer always has a chance to take or return a product if it is not used". U have to protect consumers interest while doing a business . We have laws to ensure that & iam left with no choice but to remind u that in a bitter way if not received a proper response from your end. Also iam going to take this issue with my fellow community people and publicize the nature of "PAYTM" in responding to their customers.

                                    My registered complain ticket number is b[protected] named dr. Archit shah from ahmedabad, gujarat region. It was registered on 25th sep, 2017. The problem is regarding compressor of ac which comes under the warranty. Despite o[censored]nlimited calls there is no replacement or service providing from your side. Before sale you behave as if customer is a king but after sale blue star company made us helpless customer. We are totally dissatisfied with the answers from your customer care executives. I want the contact number or email id of authorized person to get rid of this endless problem.

                                    i bought a new A/C on 25/08/17, outdoor cabinet damage when its delivered by the JR AGENCIES, THIRUVOTTIYUR, CHENNAI-600019, past 1 1/2 month i inform to the blue star services, there is no response from them, what is the next step i go to your boss.
                                    Blue Star is a very bad company...I purchased 1ton ac BI3HW12SATU from dombivli on 15.3.19 but after installation there was no cooling at all...Then the installatiom guy told us that there is no gas because company has forgot to fill gas...It is really a shocking..At last our dealer was ready to exchange and give us new one...But company is not ready...Very bad experience with bluestar

                                      I had purchased a 2 ton blue star ac from auto world bijnor.

                                      I have had more than 9 repairs in less than a span of three months.
                                      I have to call multiple times to get the repair men get to here and each time a novice comes and requets a replacement part which arrives in more than a a week or two.

                                      Once a repair man operated on ac on mode and the outdoor unit had a big short circuit out of it.
                                      I have willing to get this ac replaced by some othe reputed brand like lg or samsung.
                                      This is the worst ac brand i have used and i'm totally dispaoointed with its services and customer service
