Dear Sir/Madam,
I Purchased a Bluestar RO+UV+UF In jan 2023 .I created a ticket for my water purifier making beep sound when the machine is turned ON With in Days The Ro was beep sound coming when turned ON Started Malfunctioning And I made a complaint on Jan-23 of this year and my ticket no was [B[protected]]. After 2 days technician came to my residence and inspect the machine and said the one part of machine has to be replaced in the next two days. But still now my problem was not solved. I have called up to the "call centers "more than 10 times in the last days. Every time they said we will surely arrange a technician tomorrow to rectify the problem. But nobody was turned up till now. the problem I faced in the last couple of days different Sound. Please look into this matter and arrange to do the replacement of NEW RO immediately. I am already told tec person but waiting he is no responces So, you may comply with our request immediately.I'm really disappointed for choosing bluestart . Please inquire into this matter thus saving the credibility of Bluestar And I Feel Highly Cheated And Harassed.Expecting your speedy action at the earliest. Your Prompt Response Will Be Much Appreciated.!
Who is responsible for the money I have spent on your purifier???who is gona replace a brand new purifier for me??I just need some answer from you @Blue star.
