Hi Team,

Please refer the attachments, I have requested for warranty extension of 1 year on 13 mar'23. I have paid Rs. 2124/- to blue star for the same thru UPI.

I have been told that I will receive a warranty extension paper/ invoice within 20 days on my email directly from company but I haven't received it yet, it's been a long time.

Request you to please check and revert.

Any update on this or again this will also be late service, because blue star customer care service is very pathetic. they don't even know how to resolve the issues of customers. when we call to customer care they only ask for issue and say please connect to local service provider in your area.
i have received a call from blue star and they asked me to share the AMC card but till date there is no update and no AMC card received.
please let me know when this will get resolved. we can't expect the same from Blue star which is a big brand and customer has to suffer as lot with there pathetic service.

    I've bought blue Star 1.5 ton 5star window ac on 23rd April 2022 and my product is still under warranty and the cooling of the ac is nit working. The person who came from blue Star for second service of my ac confirmed a leakage in it. Next day another person came and he found out the leakage and he said they will have to replace the compressor for that we have to make a complain. We were continuously making complains from last 7-8 days and after so much of suffering they send another person who was not ready to repair the AC at our place (also he confirmed prior that it can be repaired at our house only) then he asked us to pay for transportation cost ₹600-₹700 for taking the ac to their service center otherwise he would not repair it as he have to do a lot of formalities.

      I have lodged service request on 04.03.2023 vide request no-BR[protected].Thr complaint was for servicing .B.R.Enterprise attended the service request and charged Rs.800?-The requeest has been closed.
      Suddenly on 31.03.2023 the water leakage starts from indoor unit. Iraised an service request vide request no-B[protected].Technician came from B.R.Enterprise and an amount Of Rs.1200/- paid.At that moment there was no water leakage. But from 02.04.2023 night again same water leakage started.I can not sleep due to the leakage.
      Please resolve the issue since the technician came they ware not so knowledgeable to find the reason of leakage.

        I made online payment for AMC renewal. Bluestar processed the payment but never provided the invoice confirmation. I checked few days if the AMC is renewed, but it was not.

        The local technician who provides AMC service suggested to make an offline payment before the AMC lapse and complaint to blue star to reverse the online payment (which was never processed). I paid the local technician who promptly provided service with no issues.

        When I raised merchant dispute, blue star provided invoice. I raised complaint to their customer care which is unresolved for last 45 days.

        My question:
        1. If online payment is processed, why was it not reflecting in their website.
        2. Why the local technician is able to raise AMC against a machine covered in AMC? Isn't it cheating?
        3. Why the customer care is reluctant to resolve this issue. I have been emailing for the past month with no avail.

        I strongly urge anyone from purchasing Blue star. I have Eureka Forbes machine in my other home and no issues till date. If a company cannot provide customer service, they should not exist.

          Hi Team,

          Unfortunately I have purchased Blue Star 1.5 Inverter Ac (B/Star INV A/C IA318VNU 1.5T3 HSN Code:[protected] Onn 25.02.23 from Lulu Connect.

          From 20.03.23 the product was not working and raised the ticket on same day itself through mobile app. (B[protected])

          On 21st March as per the SMS received from Blue Star Wintech Solutions contacted me and their service executive visited on 21st itself. As per the confirmation from executive internal motor and board got damaged due to voltage issue. But in my area there is no voltage related issues and more than 3 ac's with different brands are working fine.

          I accept this is an electronic device and chance of damage or complaint is there. But on 23rd again the executive visited my home with new board and motor. But the executive failed to rectify the problem. Now the justification is because of the damaged part that received from godown.


          As a customer I am not satisfied with these kind of services from your side.

              Hi,

              I purchased the AMC from bluestar portal - https://ewamc.bluestarindia.com/ on 3rd Jan 2023 much before my warranty expiry of Blue star RO (invoice attached)

              Transaction was successful, however there was no mail or furthur communication regarding the issuance of AMC.

              Customer care email - [protected]@bluestarindia.com sends an auto reply that they will get back but it never happens.

              Calling customer care number tells that they don't deal with amc purchage requests. Calling gurugram office tells that they also does not deal with amc purchage issues.

              I want a strict action on blue start for such a irresponsible and unprofessional attitude they are presenting.
              Also I want my AMC issued or payment refunded back to me.

                My water dispenser tap is leaking the rapair required.

                Till date I had raised three tickets for water dispenser service/repair, but no person is able to visit and service.

                Recently some service exicutive visited and said about problem he said he need to order the part, now it is 5th day of his visit but he is not able to do service. Please assign some one to resolve this issue or give me a clear note that you are not able to provide service so that I can move to buy some other machine.

                  To whomsoever it may concern,
                  This is in accordance to non satisfactory response for ticket no B[protected] registered for cold room at our restaurant unit name SAZ AMERICAN BRASSIERE, Jio World Drive, BKC, 400051.
                  It is such a horrible stage where the company with such great repute is going through pathetic after service and diminishing goodwill, that none of the employee bother to redress the complain as urgently as needed.
                  Secondly the employees working in your company have so much issue that they create a ruckus with a seamless situation where the technician is alined a day prior and doesn’t turn up on the second day. Also the supervisor are incapable of handling emergency situation and align, substitute technician for the same. The unit installed at Jio World Drive, BKC, has broke down 4 times in a single year now which is quite unlikely with your company products which have great value for money. The technician sent are unknowledgeable about the equipments needed for their own work, it has been observed that when they resume work its the time they realise they have forgot the nozzle for the nitrogen gas cylinder and now they have to go back to the workshop to get that, seems like a unprofessional technician working on the site??
                  It is such a bad state where we have already lost raw materials worth 1.5 lakhs last month after which the servicing was done and assured that there would be no problems after that, still the situation has repeated itself and the gas has escaped the system with some leakage!!
                  This time also the technician was aligned, but unfortunately my bad fortune he fell ill this time also. Now i am left like fool wondering what to do next. Out of my curiosity i registered a complain with an application called customer care from blue star and luckily got a ticket number hence i got a chance to raise and escalate this through email. I have no idea as to what kind of ego problems this company is upto. Also the display of walk-inn is not working properly to which i was informed that we have to file another complain for the same and it would cost us 9000 rupees to rectify the same.

                    I have had an horrendous experience today when Blue Star service executive visited to fix my water purifier.
                    He was super rude and arrogant and even fought with me when I asked him to check the purifier thoroughly.
                    I have been chasing these guys for over 2 months to get my purifier fixed, but they had no intention to fix it. This is despite the purifier is in warranty and they have always tried to find means to get money out of me.
                    The customer service centre says we can’t help you in any way, our job is just to create tickets for you and route it to the dealers.
                    I am also posting videos of the machine here just so that you can see how rude the guy was and what he called normal working RO.

                      Ticket id is B[protected] and Customer ID is[protected].

                      For the above AC complaint we got a feedback from them that, Need to replace another component for the same GAS leakage issue that had occurred before 8 months. On the last complaint ticket ID B[protected] (Same gas leakage issue) they resolved by replacing a component and it was on warranty. Now, for the same gas leakage issue they have to replace another component, where we have to pay for that because of warranty expired. Indeed, they have done some workaround in the warranty period and comes with new issue where we have to pay because of warranty expired. We find it as a cheating case as they were planned to service it after the warranty period.

                      We had a discussion with Bluestar AGM in Thrissur and he told as they cannot grantee on gas leakage issues for more than 3 months and for them "The refrigerant gas is non toxic and evaporates as soon as leak occurs". which is not tolerable as we all know about "refrigerant poisoning" and environment issue occurs due to refrigerant gas leak. Bluestar should consider gas leak as a negligible case.

                      We lost trust on the Blue star AC that we have currently with us because of frequent gas leak and above services issues. So we want to replace it with another one or repayment to avoid gas leak issues again on the existing one.

                          I have brought an AC from Blue Star and within the warranty period the AC, it got a gas leak issue. I have raised a complaint to there customer care (Service Ticket : B[protected]) and one of their service men visited and found out the issue. They have closed the ticket as resolved after some work around on it. Now I am still facing the same gas leak issue. So the preciously raised complaint was not resolved and I have complained again as why they have close the previous ticket as resolved without fixing the issue and I want them to refund the service cost they have charged for an unresolved issue, and fix the issue at the earliest.

                            I created a ticket for my water purifier making beep sound when the machine is turned ON. So I raised a complaint and the service person took the machine to the service center saying that the membrane should be replaced that would cost around 3200 including cleaning services. It's been more than 10 days since they took the product and not yet fixed. There was no response from the service center either and when I call they say it may take time based on the delivery of spare from other place. My water purifier ordered from flipkart delivered in 2 days from other state but this small spare is taking more than a week to replace. This is really really frustrating to see a brand that doesn't having proper service team to look after and I'm really disappointed for choosing bluestart and thank god that I have planned to buy AC from the same brand and cancelled the order before it was delivered.
                            Also for a membrane or spare to be replaced cost very high (Rs.3200) which is half the price of water purifier that I bought on flipkart (Rs.6140)

                              Hope you are doing well.I have purchased blue star water purifier from flipkart and it has been just three years and in this time period the internal purifier has been stopped working once in the first year of purchase and I had spent almost 3000 to fix it and again now it stopped working and to repair the purifier it is said that I have to spend 6000rupees and you know what is funny the cost of the purifier itself is 9000.

                              I am really frustated with your product and I request if you do not know how to deliver quality products for the customer then just stop doing it.

                              Who is responsible for the money I have spent on your purifier???who is gona replace a brand new purifier for me??I just need some answer from you.

                                I Purchased a Bluestar RO+UV+UF In Last two Months Later And With 2 Days The Ro was Started Malfunctioning And I made a complaint on September 10th of this year and my ticket no was [B[protected]]. After 4 days technician came to my residence and inspect the machine and said the one part of machine has to be replaced in the next two days. But still now my problem was not solved. I have called up to the "call centers "more than 100 times in the last 60 days. Every time they said we will surely arrange a technician tomorrow to rectify the problem. But nobody was turned up till now. Finally I get a technical head mob no and tried 10to 20times in the office timing between 10 to 5 pm. But the no is fully ringing. He never picked my call and finally I send a sms to his mob no narrating the problem I faced in the last couple of days. I expect a call from her after read the message I sent. But till now he was not given any reply sms or a call to me. I am totally fedup with the service. He is not fit to be a technical head. Please look into this matter and arrange to do the replacement of Parts immediately. I am already waiting for the last 60 days. So, you may comply with our request immediately. Please inquire into this matter thus saving the credibility of Bluestar And I Feel Highly Cheated And Harassed.Expecting your speedy action at the earliest. Your Prompt Response Will Be Much Appreciated.!

                                    We are using the 7 window AC of Blue Star(purchased last year), i asked the dealer for AC scheduled free service and they raised a request for the same. I received service request number S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected] on 17th Sep'22 & received multiple calls from your call center, but no one visited at our office premises yet for the service.

                                    PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE FOR SERVICE, I HAVE ALREADY ASKED SOMEONE FOR SERVICE OF ALL 7 ACs ON MY OWN COST, I DON'T WANT ANY CALL OR SERVICE FROM YOUR SIDE NOW.
