BUT I'M FACING THE ISSUE [COOLING PROBLEM- 0% ] ON SINCE AIR CONDITIONER INSTALLED BY THE TECHNICIAN... AND AFTER I CONTACTED TECHNICIAN NAME ANIL, HIS MOBILE NUMBER- [protected] THIRUPATHI - 517501, ANDHRA PRADESH, BUT HE DOESN'T GAVE PROPER RESPONSE... WHEN I GIVE COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE ..THEY SEND ONE WORST TECHNICIAN..HE ALSO COMES AND SAYS SOMETHING IRRELEVANT THINGS WHICH WAS LIKE ..HE SAID NEW AIR CONDITIONER COOLING TIME TAKES FOR A MONTH TO GET NORMAL COOLING .. SO WAIT FOR COOLING AND HE HAD GONE...AND AFTERWARDS I AM FACING THE SAME ISSUE TILL NOW...AND AFTER WHEN I CALLS ...THEY COME AND SAW ..AND FILLING SOME PERCENTAGE GAS AND GONE... BUT AFTER SOME DAYS 3-4 DAYS THE SAME ISSUE WILL CONTINUE TILL NOW ... AND AFTER I FIND OUT THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS DEFECT ONE ...HE HAS GIVEN DEFECTABLE AIR CONDITIONER...AND AFTER I ASKED GIVE ME A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT...BUT HE IGNORED MY CONCERN...AND AFTERWARDS HE DOESN'T RESPONDS TILL NOW...PAST 10 MONTHS I WAS SUFFERING FOR BOUGHT DEFECTABLE AIR CONDITIONER WHICH BOUGHT THE BLUESTAR AIR CONDITIONER... I WAS UNDER STRESS FOR BOUGHT BLUESTAR PRODUCT...SO SORT OUT MYISSUE...SO KINDLY GIVE ME A REFUND OR REPLACE MY AIR CONDITIONER PLEASE...

Fed up with worst service ever.
