Purchased water purifier from blue Star website on 11/9/22, delivered on 19/9/22, return requested on 20/9/22 after technician confirmed it is not suitable because of high tds, pick up done by blue Star logistics on 27/9/22 after several mails calls etc, but refund is still pending against order no [protected]

We are using the 7 window AC of Blue Star(purchased last year), i asked the dealer for AC scheduled free service and they raised a request for the same. I received service request number S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected], S[protected] on 17th Sep'22 & received multiple calls from your call center, but no one visited at our office premises yet for the service.

PLEASE...

Ac machine is not working properly for past two months. We have raised complaints twice and they have addressed it, but still gas leak is there and ac stopped while running.

Again we have raised complaint in customer care. But no response. Earlier they have filled gas fully and charged Rs.4500( even though we have told them that machine is having gas leak)

For their improper serviced, we are suffering a lot....

Blue Star AC taken for services (Gas leakage test) on 01/08/2022. . After that agency said need to be replaced with new indoor unit.
Till now no response from service center....

I am very disappointed by the services of the blue star. I purchased a split AC from the local shop honour near me . It is not more than 5 months that I have purchased this ac and I have called your executive 5-6 times and evertime it comes with a same problem with gas leakage . I have been chasing for a while now for a service request (Bluestar Water Purifier - Customer Code:[protected] as per AMC taken on 24 Aug. None of the customer service teams are able to help - neither over phone or email. A standard auto reply is sent without any update. The AMC is not recorded in the system, though money deducted from my account....

I am pursuing my complaint since 09.08.2022 which is not resolved yet due to fault of service centre.
Even though I Mail Id everything on the company email ID but all requests fell in the deaf ears and since then I am not getting any positive response.

I really exhausted badly to complain the custome care about my defective ac .my only question this does blue star make ac lasts only three years.

we spend so much money to buy your product afer seeing your brand value...but it last only three years after that it is like scrape...
what a pity......

Description- Leakage detected after 2 months o[censored]sage and AC stopped working. Issue occurred twice and no concrete resolution have been given by Blue Star.

Request you to process a replacement for the defective product...

Online products which is shipped by the dealers have all the broken parts. I purchased the ac first the staff said drain pipe is leaking then the tray. All of the items which are broken are not covered in warranty and hence they ship broken products to us....

My compaint has not been resolved in 10 days, and there is no response from the company for the same.
The service center every time tell single answer (I will share your concern on top priority, technician will call you)...
Purchased the product in may month, and within 3 months it has noice issue..

If you can't provide the services, please take back the purifier, and refund my amount......

We are An Architecture firm from Gujarat has designed a most beautiful corporate office for our very precious client with whom we are working from last 15 years

We have not compromised any material and any cost of the same. we wanted to give our client a best and extraordinary luxurious environment

Though In the office we have used air-conditioning of 2 tr. concealed split unit from Bluestar...

My deep freezer has overcool problem and bluestar techinician visited one month before and change the thermostat of deep freezer and collect the service+part amount but deep freezer still has the same problem and they are not reponding now they are not solving my problem and charge the amount please resolve my problem or refund my money....

My compaint has not been resolved in 15 days, and there is no response from the company for the same.
The service center do not pickup the phone.
Purchased the product in April, and within 3 months it has stopped working.

If you can't provide the services, please take back the AC, and refund my amount....

Worst service ever, it's been more than 2 months i had raised a complaint for RO part broken but it is still not resolved and they have automatically cancelled my complaint without intimating me. I will suggest never ever go for blue star product....
