[Resolved]  Blue Star India — Complaint against bluestar AC Installation

Address: House No -17, bylane-3, Bishnu Rabha Path, Beltola tiniali, Guwahati. PIN-781028

I purchases a bluestar AC from flipkart and flipkart is so prompt in delivery. They are supposed to deliver the product by saturday whereas they delivered it on thursday itself. Now the issue is with installation. An executive from bluestar service centre had come to my house and explained that AC could not be installed as my house is in first floor and install the outdoor unit is a challange and they went off. On the very next day morning again two executive came and explained the same issue. By evening another two had come and said my husband that customer should arrange a ladder and entire set up for them. My husband denied and said it could not be done by our end and why and customer should arrange everything while we are paying an installation charge. Again another guy came and started working and in between they said let us bring our ladder from the office and they went off and after that he has switched off his phone. Like this way we have lost two days taking leave from office but AC could not be installed. Then we communicate the service centre manager but he was so impolite and very rude. He also said that customer should arrange everything. During entire conversation he was very rude and blabbering anything and at last he said that we cant install your AC because your house is in first floor. Then we have contacted the customer care executive and explained our issue. But unfortunately they are so unprofessional and lies after lies they were just betrayed us. And it is to be mentioned that my AC is lying for 5 days and still my AC is not installed. Being a reputed company if this would be the response then now we have to take desciplinary action against bluestar if my AC is not installed.
