    I had bought a water purifier of blue star and got call for installation process by a guy... I don't know his name . The only information about that guy i had is his mobile number-[protected].
    I'm not sure but a/q to me his name was Md. Rezanoor.
    He came for installation process entered the installation location and then just inverted the box of blue star purifier and the water purifier fell on the floor...he didn't even know how to carry any commodity while working. It leads to lossening of the body .He didn't even carry the basic item required for installation such as screw driver, tape and so on . He asked me to provide him that materials.
    Secondly he engaged me to do something and while i was doing that work he was in the kitchen and he stole one accesories which was provided by the company and kept in his bag ...And as soon i arrived there he told me that give me that accesories i told him it was inside the box only and then he told me that company doesn't provide this accesories i had one new piece of it and for that you have to pay me Rs1000 . I stopped him and told wait and then i checked all around and inside the box that accesories was missing i told him this which is in your hand is mine but he denied that . And I caught him and i too had a proof to prove that he had stolen my accessories which was already provided by the company. That accesories was packed in packet which was stolen by him and he threw that packet which consists accesories in the dustbin.He was a very cheap guy who had crossed his limits and argued with me. He gave threats to me and very harshly and rudely argued with me. I asked him to left the house asap . He damaged the product and even stolen one accesories.
    It a long story for further info contact me.

    I urge you to take strict action against him .
    He is a thief. It's the worst experienced i had ever faced in my life...He argued with me and crossed his limits to another level . I hope that strict action would be taken against him.
    Not taking any action against him will reflect the kind of quality which blue star provide to customer. Believe me that the deed he did for that he should be thrown out from his job or either fine of atleast 5000 should be issued against him so that from next time he would never try to cheat anyone.

    I want information regarding the action which had been taken against that technician(thief). I'm not goona bare these kind of serious threats.
    Punish that guy I'm not goona bare this and inform me regarding the strict action that had been taken against him.
    He gave me serious threats.
    I'm not happy at all with the service i had been getting from blue star regarding this complaint.

    Resolve my issue asap and punish him

      Poor service.. dont buy blue star!

      We have given our AC service to SMART COOL HOME (Authorised Dealer ) on 30.07.2021.

      Till now there is no proper reply from the dealer and also contacted your service center they also didn't reponded properly.

      When contacted dealer he is saying it is pending with bluestar and when contacted your service room they are saying pending with dealer.br...

      CS team,
      My product details : Bluestar Aristo RO.
      Customer ID :[protected]
      Phone : [protected]

      I raised the issues for the filter several times, however there is no response from the service provider, the tickets are closed without fixing issue. Please let me know why should I have these kind of customer service from your side.
      And also once in 3 months the filters need to be changed, and it's costing around Rs 1800, it too expensive on top of this.
      The blue star service is become very worst experience to me as you are not providing the service, every time I need to call more than 20 times and do follow up activities and without any resolutions.

            I bought Bluestar 5 star inverter AC from Vijay Sales around 5 months ago, Delhi. The PCB of the AC was not working, so I lodged a complaint. Since then, for the last 2 plus weeks, there has been no communication from their side. The service partners have no clue, their customer support have no clue, neither does their service engineers. Whenever I call, they keep saying they will arrange a call back but no one calls back. Random service partners keep calling, and keep asking random questions. Their support and customer service is a joke, unprofessional and a bunch of fools. They have no SLA of their own, and they keep spinning new stories everyday to hassle customers. Shame on Bluestar. If you cannot provide service, stop selling your products in India.

                  I have a purifier bluestar aristo 7ltrs ro+uv+uf and now the unit beep sounding when water purification process. I logged a complain with ticket number B[protected] and customer ID no.[protected]. When the service engineer came on 22.07.2021 he nothing do any thing and putoff the beep sound speaker cable.                           Complaint against bluestar AC Installation

                          I purchases a bluestar AC from flipkart and flipkart is so prompt in delivery. They are supposed to deliver the product by saturday whereas they delivered it on thursday itself. Now the issue is with installation. An executive from bluestar service centre had come to my house and explained that AC could not be installed as my house is in first floor and install the outdoor unit is a challange and they went off. On the very next day morning...

                          Hey Dear,
                          I bought Bluestar 1.5 tone split AC from your authorised dealer located in Ismailabad, Kurukshetra, Haryana. First of all, they said installers are coming 30/July/2021. I waited all day for installers but they never turned up, next day I rang again and they came around 10:30 in the morning I postponed my appointment because they said it will take approximated 2 hours and its 5:30pm and i am still waiting and I don’t know what times they going to finish this job. I wonder how a well reputed company hold unprofessional engineers. They put the coper pipe from top of the building and don’t know why they push it back and leave all sleeves inside the building pipe. All sleeves stuck inside the building pipe. Please have a look I attached some photos, i need to fix all the walls now what a wastage of hard earning money and time. Really bad day, because of bad service, further i am planning to take action against you after discussing with professional team.

                              I had filed a complaint about my Blue Star hot and cold water dispenser tap been broken 4 months back and have been repeatedly calling them on phone as well as through email. However there has been no commitment on the part of the company to specify a time and date for the replacement of my tap inspite of paying them for the visit charges.They keep stalling on the issue I am there is no response from the email in spite of multiple reminders. They even refused to connect me to their seniors to resolve the issue. In fact the entire team of Blue Star customer care is not interested in resolving any issues. With this kind of pathetic service, I for one will never buy or recommend any Blue Star products in future.

                                I have bought 1.5 ton split ac last month 10/06/21. It worked good for 10 days after that we noticed that cooling is getting low and some option EC is showing every time. Since its a brand new ac it should give us proper cooling. It has a had leakage issue. I request you to please exchange this ac to new ac. I don't want any repair . I need new product

                                    Hi
                                    I am very sad that I chose Blue Star Split AC, I am trying continuously for 4 days to get my test checked and get relief from this heat, I follow up and lodged my complaint on customer care number but no response from blue Star team.
                                    Please see yourself that after agreed to pay, no service provided by them, No phone came in last 4 days.
                                    I want to tell all the people that don't buy Blue Star product after sale service is negligible.
