I bought Bluestar 5 star inverter AC from Vijay Sales around 5 months ago, Delhi. The PCB of the AC was not working, so I lodged a complaint. Since then, for the last 2 plus weeks, there has been no communication from their side. The service partners have no clue, their customer support have no clue, neither does their service engineers. Whenever I call, they keep saying they will arrange a call back but no one calls back. Random service partners keep calling, and keep asking random questions. Their support and customer service is a joke, unprofessional and a bunch of fools. They have no SLA of their own, and they keep spinning new stories everyday to hassle customers. Shame on Bluestar. If you cannot provide service, stop selling your products in India.
