Two years ago, I purchased an extended warranty for my AC, which cost me aound Rs. 4300. Unfortunately, I did not receive a hardcopy of the warranty and only received it on WhatsApp. Recently, when I contacted Bluestar to get a copy of the warranty, they informed me that my AC did not have an extended warranty. This situation has caused a lot of stress and uncertainty for me. How is it possible that they have no records of my purchase? I feel like my money has been wasted, and now, when my AC required repair due to internal damage, I had to pay Rs. 12000 despite having paid for the extended warranty. You may ask why am I saying this now, its becuase I tried every other way and recently I got to know about this platform.
I am requesting that Bluestar sends me a hardcopy of my extended warranty and refund me the repair amount I paid as soon as possible. This is a critical matter for me, and I hope that it can be resolved quickly.
