Installation of an AC

I am regretting buying AC from Bluestar. It has been over 48 hours that my AC has been delivered and no technician has contacted me yet for the installation. I got an email and SMS that my AC will be installed withing 12 hours yesterday.

Now 48 hours have passed but no communicagion from Bluestar. What a pathethic after sales service team they have. This is my last product from Bluestar!...

Air conditioner

Hello.i had bought a blue star air conditioner which stopped working within 15 days of purchase. I raised a ticket and still it was not resolved and the service people are not responding to calls or msgs....

About Services

I have lodge a complain yesterday ticket no is B[protected]. The visit is scheduled between 2 to 3 pm but no one come from bluestar. I called them several times but they only give me assurance please wait today they message me and said the visit of engineer is rescheduled on 22/04/23.What rubbish is that very poor service. Even after that I called customer care but they don't talk properly..what can I do now...

Worst Service/AC has gas leak just after warranty expiry

The installation was done by Bluestar on very high rates as they said warranty will lapse if we get it installed from outside. Our Bluestar split AC is under warranty and there is water dripping from internal unit and external unit is making noise. We registered a complaint, the technician came and said he cant find fault in the unit for noise and for internal he was not informed for service so he won't do, someone else will.
