I have purchased Blue Star Ac in chennai about a year back, where even the installation was delayed by about 3- 4 days with no proper call back or response from the service team .
And now, am facing an issue with AC, where am not getting cooling . So, i have raised a ticket with Blue Start but even after 3 days, there is no proper response from service team or deployment . When i do get connected, they say like the person come today itself to fix the problem . But here iam evern after 2 days from the promise, am still waiting for the service person .
Literally very bad customer service in chennai location . Where you have to wait for 1 week for installation or service .
We also use LG and samsung AC, but they take maximum 1 or 2 days only . And also they respond atleast little, but here Blue star chennai service is very worst, they dont pickup calls or respond or deploy service team .
P.S My current AC cooling issue which i reported as ticket 3 days back, is still not responded from the Blue star service team chennai .
