I bought this inverter bluestar ac in Aug2020. I am told by bluestar support company that 5 Yr PCB warranty started in Oct2020 and that it's not available to me. So they asking me to pay Rs 12k for replacing PCB. It's ridiculous and cheating. I am seeing so many complaints about bluestar on social media. Kindly help.

    Till date I didn't get any response from your side pertains to status of my order except one single communication on the Booking Date that my order will be dispatched with in 5 to 8 Working Days.

      I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing issue I am facing with the Blue Star air conditioner that I purchased through Amazon in the month of May'23. The unit is currently experiencing a breakdown, and upon inspection by a service engineer, it has been determined that the outdoor unit is choked. This is a highly disappointing situation as I have always associated Blue Star with top-notch product quality and service.

      Considering the fact that the air conditioner has been operational for just around two months before encountering this problem, it is unacceptable to experience such a malfunction. Moreover, the timing of this breakdown could not be worse, with the scorching heat of the current season. It has left me and my family in a highly uncomfortable and inconvenient situation, affecting our daily routine and overall well-being.

      Therefore, I kindly request an immediate replacement of the outdoor unit. I believe that as a customer of Blue Star, I deserve a prompt resolution to this issue, especially considering the brand's reputation for delivering superior products and services. I trust that you will understand the urgency of the matter and take swift action to rectify the situation.

        I bought a Blue Star convertible 4 in one 1.5 tonn 5 star split inverter AC from flipkart on 22/09/2022(. Seller :Consulting Rooms pvt Ltd

        Within few days o[censored]se it stops cooling and I have contacted the customer care.They came and rectified the issue.After 1 month again cooling issue came.In addition to this it was having leakage issue also.
        Again service personnel came and rectified it.Later the same cooling problem arise and service personnel came again did something and tell me that product is ok
        I have made complaints in this following dates
        20/12/2022
        14/02/2023
        24/02/2023
        28/02/2023
        09/05/2023

        Within last seven months I called customer care for atleast 15 times and communicate s via email several times. Last complaint was registered on 09/05/2023 and they have visited my shop and took the AC for repair.Till date they haven't rectified the complaint.I told them from the beginning that this product was a damaged one and asked to replace or either refund the amount .I haven't used this product properly for atleast one month from the date of purchase.

          My Bluestar AC was delivered on 27th Morning 9AM and No information on installation yet.

          When I called the Service Vendor they are like one the way but from Past 3 Days they are on the way and We have to Leave all other work and Wait for them

          If we call them there is no Proper response

          Somebody should Seriously take care of these

              I have purchased 2tonne split ac 2 years back with extended warranty.
              I asked for servicing of ac in March 2023.
              their service person visited on 5th April and filled the gas and it was not cooling
              It started showing Error E6.
              I was told that PCB is to be replaced which is out of stock.
              It was replaced but with still not cooling.
              I was told that there is high voltage 251 V hence AC can not support as it is inverter AC .( While my other Acs are working perfectly alright )
              I got it checked by Voltage stabilizer and Lineman who informed that voltage is in range.
              I again approached Blue star service team who visited on 15th May once again and informed that another PCB to be replaced which is out of stock.
              When I approached for early repair as even after nearly 2 months my AC is not in operation.
              Today one of their service person approached me and informed that it is because of voltage problem.
              I made numerous call /email to customer care but in vain.
              Meawhile my complaint was removed from their portal
              I am really fed up and look forward for a proper solution.

                I have raised a ticket for AC service.
                They assigned a technician after 5 days.

                The technician not properly checked.
                He told like No Gas.

                But I previously checked with local service and the compressor was damaged.

                The blue start technician said without proper checking like "No Gas"
                I request him to check the compressor.

                Then he checked and told yes compressor issue.

                "What a worst Technician".

                Then he asked to pay 15, 000 for the compressor.
                I told him the compressor comes under warranty.

                He was not accepted and went (I paid the labor charge).

                I continuously contact Showroom, Blue start customer care for the next 7 days.

                Then received a call from Blue Star service and was told me like "compressor is ready" and it covers warranty.

                (What is the logic behind this.!)

                He told the technician will come on next day...
                Then I daily call and asked them.
                They said today the technician will come...

                Today is 5ht day...I'd keep calling the blue star...

                  I have purchased Blue Star Ac in chennai about a year back, where even the installation was delayed by about 3- 4 days with no proper call back or response from the service team .

                  And now, am facing an issue with AC, where am not getting cooling . So, i have raised a ticket with Blue Start but even after 3 days, there is no proper response from service team or deployment . When i do get connected, they say like the person come today itself to fix the problem . But here iam evern after 2 days from the promise, am still waiting for the service person .

                  Literally very bad customer service in chennai location . Where you have to wait for 1 week for installation or service .

                  We also use LG and samsung AC, but they take maximum 1 or 2 days only . And also they respond atleast little, but here Blue star chennai service is very worst, they dont pickup calls or respond or deploy service team .

                  P.S My current AC cooling issue which i reported as ticket 3 days back, is still not responded from the Blue star service team chennai .

                    I purchased 2 ton split AC in 2021 and was installed on 14th April 2021. Since then it is having Gas leakage problem. I have done the gas filling 2 times when the product was in warranty and on 10th April 2023 I filled the gas again and Bluestar charged me RS 3500 and bill number for same is B[protected].

                    I emailed Bluestar regarding the same till data no response from them. Worst company

                    Its not been month since, again AC is not cooling and gas has leaked. In span of 2 years i have filled the Gas 4 times . This AC is defective

                    I want replacement unit or i want my money refunded and they can take this pathetic AC back

                        Complaint ticket Ticket B[protected] A/c issue complaint against RAM Enterprises
                        Hi Sir/Madam,
                        I bought a Bluestar inverter split A/C for the past 3 weeks. I got an issue in A/C and I called customer care and raised a complaint to fix this issue and from your side you switched this complaint to RAM Enterprises in Karaikal.
                        From Ram Enterprises technician came to fix this issue on 1st May 2023Â @ 8:00 PM and they saying outdoor unit is not working properly because of PCB board issue if replace it we can short out and we will let you know the amount and once you confirm it we will come back and fix and we asked me for service charge of RS.600/- and went."STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVE INVOICE !"
                        From Ram Enterprises they asked me to get to know about their service rating. They needed an otp from my side and I shared my otp and they cancelled the ticket. I called the Bluestar service center and re-opened the ticket .
                        And again I got a call from Ram Enterprises and they said Rs.13, 000/- is a charge to fix that issue and i accepted and they came again on 05th May 2023 @10:25AM. technician changed the PCB board and while checking the issue is not fixed.Again they called the ticket.
                        Without finding the issue they asked me for the money and cancelling the ticket was the purpose so kindly take action against them and fix this issue as soon as possible.
                        And I need an invoice for service from bluestar and if the issue is not fixed kindly refund my service charges.
                        I need to clarify I'm still trusting Bluestar for the best service so I'm asking for service and why do they switch complaints into a third party???...Â

                          I am rajeshbhai b gandhi.I have been working in blue star from 01/10/1988 to till date but till now not given uan no and eps-ppo from blue star employee trust mumbai.My employee no is mh/4324/70389 and eps no is mh/ban/4324/x/4919.I have been not received uan no./eps-ppo no and pf passbook also.I have been taken pf advance loan of rs.478000/-the year of 2020.This is very critical situation of corana period that;s why taken pf advance loan in the year 2020.I have taken pf loan in the year 2020 but till now not received uan no/eps-ppo no and passbook also.I am having employee pf account no and eps account no but till now not received uan no/eps no and passbook.I have been already completed 33 years in the service in blue star.Now i am 59 years old.

                            My water purifier is having issues since 3 days and no any concrete response from anyone. I have logged complaint as well still no update. I am getting fake commitments only on visit. We have trusted on Blue star a Tata product and this kind of irresponsible behaviour is not anticipated. Neither bluestar Customer service is helping nor vendor is helping.

                                Extended Warranty

                                Hello,

                                Two years ago, I purchased an extended warranty for my AC, which cost me aound Rs. 4300. Unfortunately, I did not receive a hardcopy of the warranty and only received it on WhatsApp. Recently, when I contacted Bluestar to get a copy of the warranty, they informed me that my AC did not have an extended warranty. This situation has caused a lot of stress and uncertainty for me. How is it possible that they have no records...

                                I have purchased a 1.5 ton split AC on 19/04/2023 and submit a ticket which was supposed to be installed on 21/04/2023 but till now it has not been installed and after calling customer care they have only one answer that your ticket has been allocated and it will be done today.my ticket no. is I[protected] what am i supposed to do. they are misguding their customer

                                  STAR Double Door Deep Freezer (400L)B017M9195O (B017M9195O)
                                  was purchased from AMAZON.
                                  ORDER NO.[protected] Dated August 01, 2022.

                                  The unit have cooling issue and the same has been reported to
                                  your customer care service center. At your customer calling center every call gets through from 10 min to 30 minutes.

                                  Despite of our various calls to them no one have visited us for its repair in last 6 days.

                                  Please do the needful.

                                    Hi, I am purchasing window AC last year July month after one summer I have got free service request for Blue Star customer care date of 16th April but many times call to customer care no any vender to call me or visit my home servicing and no any help my Blue Star customer care team so I request you please my service as soon as possible.

                                      Hello, I bought Blue star Split AC 1.5 tons in March 2023. And in the first week of April suddenly AC compressor stopped working. I filled the complaint to Blue Star service center "[protected]". They have sent the ticket as usual and boxed me in the following details :-) "Your ticket B[protected] for the product: AC - Room Air Conditioner - Split - Inverter, has been successfully registered with your customer ID:[protected] on[protected]:43:59 and will be processed shortly. If you are not contacted within 12 hours, please contact our service provider, S A ENTERPRISES on [protected].In case of any queries, please contact us on our 24x7 Toll free number:[protected] or email to [protected]@bluestarindia.com or SMS SERVICE on 57575.Assuring our best service." 4-5 days ago S A Enterprises arranged a technician visit to find out the cause but could not find anything due to lack of knowledge. He said an experienced employee would take care of it. That was the last call I had. After that I have called S A ENTERPRISES about 50-70 times, they are not even interested in taking my calls and when they accidentally pick up they leave me on hold. I am constantly following up on Blue Star Customer Care requests. Once a new ticket is created, the old ticket is automatically canceled because it is a duplicate issue and [due to this they have got more time).
