No 1 fraud company, doing unnecessary harassment to customer in refunding money. They want signature on cancelled cheque for refund purpose which is against rbi guidelines. Raised refund request of Rs 8549 against return on 20/9/22 for order no [protected], still now money is not refunded. Blue Star india is fraud and cheats customer and is a scam, never purchase any product from their website. They could not refund money back to the source, creating unnecessary delay in refund, bunch of liars. I will go to the national consumer helpline against such frauds.
