I am very disappointed by the services of the blue star. I purchased a split AC from the local shop honour near me . It is not more than 5 months that I have purchased this ac and I have called your executive 5-6 times and evertime it comes with a same problem with gas leakage . I am so dissatisfied that I can't bear your ac now . I want to solve this problem as soon as possible. I also apeal to change or take my ac and return my money because it has no worth to me.

    Hi Team,
    I have been chasing for a while now for a service request (Bluestar Water Purifier - Customer Code:[protected] as per AMC taken on 24 Aug. None of the customer service teams are able to help - neither over phone or email. A standard auto reply is sent without any update. The AMC is not recorded in the system, though money deducted from my account.

      Dear Sir,
      I am pursuing my complaint since 09.08.2022 which is not resolved yet due to fault of service centre.
      Even though I Mail Id everything on the company email ID but all requests fell in the deaf ears and since then I am not getting any positive response.
      And further I failed to understand without resolving the issue how can service centre cancel the complaint without informing the customer.
      My booking complaint no is B[protected]
      I purchased 5 Ac's due to the reputation and the name of the company but now I am regrate for my decision why should any one purchase any product of your company if you are providing this kind of after sale service.

      Nevertheless I will initiate appropriate legal action against your company for harrassing the customer like this as I have completed mail and massage trails.

        Water Leakage in Split AC indoor Unit

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        I have purchased a blue star AC (BO-FA318PLU) through Amazon, and it got installed on 5th Aug 2022. When started using the AC, I found the water leakage and I raised a complaint (No: B[protected]) on 19th Aug 2022. When the service engineer checked the unit, it is found that the part was damaged. The service engineer suggested to replace the damaged part, but I wanted to replace the entire indoor unit as...

        We have purchased, the Blue Star inverter ac of model: 5CNHW18DAFU on 1st March 2019 at sree lakshmi agencies (outdoor unit - Rs 24234.38/-, indoor unit - Rs 12484.38/-) Invoice no: 1596. Recently our AC is not cooling at all so raised a service request with Blue Star of ticket no: B[protected] on 29th June 2022, the service team has verified the unit and mentioned that Indoor unit cooling coil has been damaged/ leaking due to that AC is not cooling. They are saying that the coil was damaged due to climatic conditions, the coil present in indoor unit is completely covered there is a similar copper coil in outdoor unit, which is working fine. We are not seeing any scope of damage due to climatic conditions these seems to be built/quality issues. They are saying that the coil cannot be repaired, it need to be replaced it will cost around Rs 9000/- and to Refill the gas they are charging around Rs 3000/- the total charges will be around Rs 15000/- and these items are not covered in warranty, I have purchased the indoor unit at almost same price when these parts are most important they need to covered in warranty or at least repairable with minimal charges. As these are not repairable then there is no point in providing warranty for ten years. We requested the Blue Star team, to replace the entire Indoor unit instead of replacing just cooling coil but the unit is not available. Bluestar service team has charged Rs 500/- without providing any bill/service copy.

          We are here for our experience about the bluestar air conditioner purchased from DigitalGoal as we are facing an issue in our airconditioner from date 04/08/22 and we had complained about it to the service center Blue Star - Cool My World on 04/08/2022 with complaint number S[protected] and a service provider arrived at my home on[protected] and taken out some part of my airconditioner that is being damaged called (PCB) AND FROM THEN I WAS trying to contact him he was not picking up my phone calls. the man named Ashish Tayal PHN NO.[protected] is the service provider for my ac and still not able to solve my issue related to my airconditioner and then further i have complaint 2-3 times and still not getting any response from their side and today that is 22/08/2022 and the weather in our region is very sunny that is 31 degree celcius not able to live without it the worse service of airconditioner i have ever seen and still pending Blue Star - Cool My World- Cool My World please help me to solve my problem as early as possible if my problem is not solved early this all the things will shake your social media.

                  Online products which is shipped by the dealers have all the broken parts. I purchased the ac first the staff said drain pipe is leaking then the tray. All of the items which are broken are not covered in warranty and hence they ship broken products to us.

                        Hello Sir

                        We are An Architecture firm from Gujarat has designed a most beautiful corporate office for our very precious client with whom we are working from last 15 years

                        We have not compromised any material and any cost of the same. we wanted to give our client a best and extraordinary luxurious environment

                        Though In the office we have used air-conditioning of 2 tr. concealed split unit from Bluestar brand, from the very starting time our client is facing the problem that office area is not get cool enough and also water is leaking like a tap water from the indoor part

                        We complain to our vendor, they have already taken actions all the times whenever we contact them. it's already 5 to 6 time we have called them, they come and repair or service but again from the next day problem is there all the time, it means they are already failed to get the things in line for the particular unit

                        The vendor has already replaced the concealed ac with the tower unit but The bluestar brand's tower unit we got is also not in the good condition and received a fail tower unit.

                        Not contacted customer care only because, for the particular unit we get the service from the vendor only (got answered from the bluestar customer care)

                        From last week we are also connecting to customer care direct line but not getting any serious and co-operating answer

                        So please look in to the matter and solve it as soon as possible because we and our client are really very stuck even mentally with this matter

                              Worst service ever, it's been more than 2 months i had raised a complaint for RO part broken but it is still not resolved and they have automatically cancelled my complaint without intimating me. I will suggest never ever go for blue star product.

                                We have blue star water purifier(Eleanor RO+UV) which was installed 2 years back.Last month it's tap got broken and we have raised a complaint. The service guy had visited and told he will order for a new tap .it's been 1 month, we are not getting any update from the service guy.                                   With lot of pain I have to say that I got very bad response from your service team against my complaint of repair your deep fridge. My deep is under 3 year compressor warranty.

                                  Since 11th June the deep is not working properly... your service provider akal Air conditioning is not able to repair it properly.

                                  They have come many times.. not able to give atleast -20 degree i need for my ice cream stored in this deep fridge. The ice cream kept in this is soft and not saleable.

                                  They keep on making excuses and fake videos demanding payment which we are ready to pay provided deep is repaired properly. They are not bothered about the problem but want to be paid.

                                  Yesterday they came and we showed them again soft ice cream and again they were not able to solve the problem demanded payment and later to my horror I was informed by the akal staff that they have taken some parts out of this fridge and that it will not work at all till we pay them ... for repairs...repairs that give a temperature of about 0 degree and not -20 that is required.

                                  Today the deep is not working at all...so the akal staff came to restaurant and instead to repairing my deep damaged it further and today the deep is showing room temperature.

                                  I have been calling your customer servicenumber daily and all my call records should be there which you can see ..

                                  Repeated requests for urgent repairs and help lead to delays and zero Cooperation...

                                  The service provider akal air conditioning is not at all cooperative only wants payment and no satisfactory repairs ...

                                  We are willing to pay but please repair out deep properly first

                                  Please help I am frustrated with Brand blue star at the moment...hope this does not lead to further escalation on twitter and social media...

                                    Address: plot no.11 ,balaji st,vishal nagar,, manikandan nagar extension,kundrathur

                                    From this year (2022) February month we face an issue in our AC. The issue is After running for 2 hours automatically AC will get stopped and shows H6. We complained it 2 times in the same month (feb). The service provider said it was board issue so we will provide a new board. They said the same 2 times and charged us 2 times for the same board . On second time itself we thought of taking amc because we already spent 7k for the same issue and if the issue exists they will charge for the same. So we took amc . Since we took amc we have not charged anything after that 10k but the same issue is not fixed from the month of march.

                                    This month on 8th of july again they took motor, board and transformer but still date they haven't fixed anything. It's been 13 days now. When we ask for an update the customer service lady from the service provider side is showing an irritated face to us and telling won't u wait till tomorrow for the past 13 days.

                                    In between these months from february month to july we almost called them more than 30 times everytime they are taking our board and motor and getting back with the same items, AC will run for 2 hours and show the same H6 issue again.
                                    Our service provider is sri kavi enterprises.
                                    Will blue Star fix this issue and take necessary action on service provider?
