Worst service for any request

Worst service ever, it's been more than 2 months i had raised a complaint for RO part broken but it is still not resolved and they have automatically cancelled my complaint without intimating me. I will suggest never ever go for blue star product....

Complaint regarding service provider and AC not fixed for 5 months

From this year (2022) February month we face an issue in our AC. The issue is After running for 2 hours automatically AC will get stopped and shows H6. We complained it 2 times in the same month (feb). The service provider said it was board issue so we will provide a new board. They said the same 2 times and charged us 2 times for the same board . On second time itself we thought of taking amc because we already spent 7k for the same issue...

Service Not Provided During Warranty Period

Bought a water coller this in June 2021, the cooler cannot even complete 1 year properly, got it repaired for almost 2 tym, 3nd time my ticket got raised but I never got the service

Now my cooler is not working at all just 1 months

When I contacted blue star they said I’ll be provided service ASAP I don’t know what is this asap how can you make the customer wait when he is literally paying for your product...

AC not cooling Complaint remaining unresolved for consecutive third day despite many requests

Blue Star SAC 1.5T 3ST IA318YLU HSN Code 84151010 bought on 06th of June 2022 not cooling, complaint raised on 16th of July 2022. One Unique Cool Enterprises executive visited, assured me of resolving the issue very soon, but it's still unresolved. Every next executive just keeps asking me about the issue but nobody comes with the solution. How long do I wait????...

I bought Bluestar AC in october 2021- IC518EBTU, Problem in horizontal came in the month of May2022, service request raised B[protected]
Service engr visited the same day, and said that it will take some time to resolve.
Till date (may 2022) the problem is as it is, and on the follow up, engr is saying part have not come.

I had raised a request (B[protected]) for re-allocation of my water purifier from 2nd floor to ground floor in the same building on 1 july.

Blue star AC swing blade replacement delayed for 2 months

Asking money for replacing part in warranty.

Have purchased RO water purifier in Sep 21 with 1year of warranty. Now when I call them for a complaint the technician visited said that the additional boul of filter is leaking, it is required to replace that and it will cost 2200/- RS under warrenty.

The what is the use of warrenty then i have purchased it for around 8500/- and after 9 months a filter is leaked and I have to pay 25% money of RO cost to get it serviced.br...
