[Resolved]  Blue Star India — Poor service.. dont buy blue star!

We have given our AC service to SMART COOL HOME (Authorised Dealer ) on 30.07.2021.

Till now there is no proper reply from the dealer and also contacted your service center they also didn't reponded properly.

When contacted dealer he is saying it is pending with bluestar and when contacted your service room they are saying pending with dealer.

We didn't ecpected such poor service from the reputed company.
