This is for your information that my name is ramesh gopi working in a private company sullurupetta, nellore dt, andhra pradesh.
We are having more than 10 products belongs to blue star brand, including ceiling office ac + water coolers etc... We have invested more than 1000000 rs on blue star products, however we are not getting a proper service from your end...
Recently we had a worst service experience with your team, no one responding phone calls after a lots of tries from 2 weeks before and 3 days before we have registered a complaint against water cooler one person came and did the service but he was asked service charge more than the actual product cost, the main issue was compressor not working and we need to replace the same for that the product we need to bring here to service center around more than 100 km away from our company, we requested to take the damaged part and give us back however the person not interested to take the product and replace, this the very worst service experience in my life i had ever, and we have decided henceforth we will never buy the blue star brand products, and we will report this issue to consumer forum in online site too... Please improve the service quality if you want to sustain the market
If you are not able to provide the service never sold your products in markets...
