I have bought bluestar air conditioner 1 year ago, thereafter 2 months it was not cooling And giving hot air, I am giving complaint, the technician wanted my delayed until the warranty completed, now they are billing too much, still now the problem was not solved. The technician came week after two weeks, did something, but no use, the problem was coming again and again. I was gave complaint through online also so many times, but they are showing too negligence in my problem solving. Because of high temperature my both sons suffered from severe fever. Still now my problem was not solved

Updated by Raghava Vennelakanti The technician of bluestar company consulted me, but he is interested in installation of new ACs and billing services, he postponed my problem to check after installation of new AC. Because he told that new installation is very urgency and the new consumer is irritating him that's why he preferred to go for new installation. They don't want any old customers problem...only income in servings also...if today my complaint was not cleared, tomorrow definitely I will contact consumer forum and hrc...this is not a warning to company, this is an indication of severely in my problem
