This is in regards for the amc papers of my blue star split ac which was supposed to be delivered within 24hrs. My registered mobile number for this complaint is +91-[protected]. Your team shared my contact details to a dwarka (Delhi) based blue star dealer and one of their guys came to my flat and shared a bill of the amc of 2400.00 inr and confirmed that the amc papers will be delivered within 24hrs to my doorstep. This entire conversation happened on 23rd march, 2018 and the money was paid instantly to them.
Since then it has been closed to two weeks those guys aren't responding to my calls/messages and i feel like i have been scammed. When contacted today to your blue star customer support on[protected], they said they won't be able to help me on this. The dealer that i am trying to complaint about is:

I want blue star india to look into this matter on an urgent basis and respond to my concern asap or else i have to take it to the consumer court and social networking sites about the dealer who are scamming people like us. Due to these kind of dealers it ruins your company's picture and the faith that people have on blue star.

I have brought this AC in the month of March after fixing the AC, Very Next day AC is working..Water leakage inside the AC. IIts waste of my money.
