I bought blue star 1ton window ac 3yrs ago but few weeks ago my ac not doing cooling properly so i called up customer service and they said that warranty is over so technician will come and charge 500 rs as visiting charges and they will check ur ac.so he came to my place and he said there is gass issue for he charged 2500 rs for gass and 300 rs for ac service.for one they my ac worked properly but after next night it star doing vry loud noise.so i called up again Blue star technician came and he said that noise issue not because of ac its because of voltage.ilI don't know y it having so called voltage issue with my ac.on top of that my ac stop cooling again. Vry bad service and worst product.

    • i bought two acs (1 ton invertor split acs with 5 star rating) on 17/6/18 from ankur electricals, sector 18, noida. Here are the details of acs:
    • acs were delivered on 17/6/18 and installed on 18/6/18
    • checked after almost a week as i was not residing at this flat that time. The acs were not working so lodged a complaint with bluestar
    • engineers assigned on 23rd or 24th jun (Main one was kapil), he told me that one of the acs had no gas so need refill. He then checked the other ac and told me that there is some blockage and thus first gas need to be evacuated and then refilled in this ac.
    • i straight-away refused to get these new acs repaired and called their supervisor dinesh who then provided me with asms (Mashkoor) number. I told them i need a replacement and they said they can only get these acs repaired as there is no policy of replacement.
    • then they sent another pair of engineers who refilled the gas in both the acs
    • today (7/3/18) one of the acs again stopped working and is throwing hot air. Two different teams visited my home after i escalated to area service manager mashkoor ahmed and both identified different issues. Now asm is saying they need to take the ac to workshop and check and identify the fault and repair it
    • please get these defective acs replaced or returned asap.
    I bought new acs not second hand acs with my hard earned money, please help

    Blue Star ACs have poor quality. I too noticed gas leak from the AC withing just 3 - 4 days of installation. The AC was working but was not cooling. Engineer checked and confirmed that there's no gas in the same.

    After I made a lot of noise they were ready for replacement.

    I would advice consumers to stay away from Blue Star Split ACs.
    I bought water purifier Stella (ro+uv) few months back. This is d third Complient on inbaility to dispense water. Every time they r taking 300 rs. Each time then what kind of technical support they r giving you stupid fellows I bought it for 38000rs. Then where is d use.

    I bought water purifier Stella (ro+uv) few months back. This is d third Complient on inbaility to dispense water. Every time they r taking 300 rs. Each time then what kind of technical support they r giving you stupid fellows I bought it for 38000rs. Then where is d use.
    I have purchased your ac inverter technology 1ton just one year back .
    Within a short span of time, outdoor board of ac got compliant and I rang service centre claiming warranty (mentioned 5 year warranty).

    Now after 3 months of raising compliant your service centre contacted me demanding Rs9000 for repair .

    What customer guarantee you are giving before purchase and what kind of service you are giving after purchase.

    An international company well known for its products and service shattered my trust in your company products and services .
    A very bad experience from manager QRS, nadakav, Kozhikode .

    I will furthur write my grievance in social media .

      We have purchased blue star ac 1.5 tonne model no. 5hw24aatx (Split ac) on 29th march, 2017.
      But within the period of barely 1 year we started facing problem with the ac.
      Even after getting numerous paid services we are not getting satisfactory result out of the ac.
      And today when we get another paid service from urben clap the service engineer is saying that the compressor of the ac is malfunctioning and not properly working so the ac is not able to give proper cooling unless we replace the whole compressor.
      As the period from the date of purchase is little more than one year we assume that we must be falling within the warrantee period.
      Kindly send your engineer at our premises to resolve our problem asap.

        Deep freezer has not been working properly... Even at the point of 5 it doesn't give required cooling for the items kept in it. We are finding it very difficult to keep fresh the vegetables. Due to improper cooling lot of materials have been spoiled. Kindly come and repair the refrigerator so that it could be used properly. The refrigerator was bought in 2016 march.

          Dear team,

          I have bought 4 blue star ac on 17/01/2017 installation was not satisfied and with in 2 weeks the
          A ac is not cooling and water drops came out from the ac window
          B gass atomatic leak from all ac.
          C already replaced compressor from one ac
          Plaza service in noida are continuously cheating on customer.

          Kindly request you to take this manufacturing defected ac and replace with new one.
          If not possible kindly give us the money back we will buy some other brand.

            Dear concern

            I have purchased a blue star windus air cooler in the month of april 2018 assuming that blue star being a leader in air conditioner market will be good enough in air coolers also. To my utter disappointment i was completely wrong. More than the product being a fail to me i am more disappointed with the unprofessional attitude of the technicians and their incapability of resolving any fault. Within one month of purchase of the cooler the motor of the cooler went off the work and was at fault. A complain was registered with blue star and to our surprise the technician told us that we should not have gone for a blue star cooler rather some other popular brands as the accessories of blue star is hard to be available locally and once a new motor is received from the company it will be replaced. The story does not end here and the motor which was sent by the company did not fit the machine and it was again ordered. Two weeks later when i again asked for the resolution there came the reply that the motor has arrived and it will be installed. As expected the incompetency of technician strikes again and he required another assistant to complete the job. Two people involved in a repair work could not resolve the issue fully and they left leaving the air cooler with a weird sound and the speed of the blower at a constant speed. The options of high, medium and slow does not apply to my cooler and it runs at a speed of its own. When requested for a resolution again the ticket number b[protected] was assigned to the same agency who when contacted (Ideally they should have contacted me) refused to pay a visit and asked to send the cooler to their agency. To my surprise after the call was over after 5 minutes i received a message that the ticket has been resolved. I mean what does blue star thinks of itself that it can fool anyone here. I will make sure this time you don't go unexposed. Your unprofessional attitude towards service needs to be exposed. I am hugely disappointed with myself as i thought buying a product from blue star.

                I am from jaipur i have purchased ductable ac of bluestar 22 ton from the dealer atreo international, jaipur from first day the ductable ac is not cooling and there is no throw of air also. My area is 3800 sq ft the area inspected by the dealer they suggested 18 ton but i told them to put 22 ton so that there is no problem in future but still after putting 22 ton there is no cooling. The dealer saying put your outdoor up in open area that also i have done they are charging all the money from me for all the changes that also i have have done but still there is no cooling all the design for ductable are done according to the design given by the dealer. I want to request u that i have invested huge amount in my project and i have purchased the ac from the reputed brand bluestar. If there is no cooling then it will effect my bussiness.

                    My bluestar split ac not given cooling so i called to customer care on 16th of may 2018, they register complaint and give ticket number b[protected] (Customer i’d 6009371). After 2 days i received message resolution of complaint from customer care but nobody came to my home for service. This happen again and again. Till date 28/05/2018 i complaint 4 times and nobody responded dealer and customer care both. I really loose trust from bluestar and the dealer at bareilly era radios. I don’t know what happen after writing complaint here. But hope my complaint will resolve soon. Waiting for response...

                    Hi,

                    I have brought this AC in the month of March after fixing the AC, Very Next day AC is working..Water leakage inside the AC. IIts waste of my money.
                    We have purchased the RO Water dispenser for the Company M/S Triphase Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd dated on 24/05/2018 & there is Leakage at the Bottom of the purifier, In spite of Getting repaired twice still we have the Leakage at the bottom.

                      I bought split ac from bluestar just 3years ago, and it has started giving multiple issues like gas leakage, pipes cracks, there was aluminium insulation done on wires. Get this issues resolved asap. Customers pay hefty amount and this is the kind of products u sell to us. Can't recommend bluestar to anyone. Install man didn't even care to insulate wires n pipes. Resolve my concerns asap.

                        I recently bought blue star 1.5 split ac and before i planned to get i confirmed with the dealer that installation will be done on that day itself. Dealer contacted someone and promised me that installation will be done on same day.

                        They logged a ticket and i call many times to customer care and they people stating that installation will be done on same day. But at end of the day none turned up.

                        I again spoke about this issue to customer care second day and i was told installation will be done and technician will visit in 1 hour and none turned back.

                        Today after 5 days of purchase the situation is to live witout ac. This is the worst serivice from reputes company like bluestar.

                        Bluestar taken money and not providing services. Why bluestar you making wrong promices. If you dont have capacity to provide than close your bussiness and let people to choose other brand ac than bluestar.

                        Some words for your brand are :

                        Blue star ac very poor service standard.
                        Blue star ac worst customer care.
                        Worst installation services.
                        Just name is big.
                        Don't make people fool that you will contact in 4 hours.

                          I'm d. Srinivasan from chennai.. My blue star ac was not working properly since one month.. I have a warranty so i gave complaint on 7th may.. My complaint number is oc[protected]-350. A man came for inspection on 10th may and next day he took away ac for repair then they fixed on 16th may and i paid 3700rupees for service.. After one hour the same problem came.. I have not gotten any proper response when i give complaint again.. This is due to poor experienced persons..                             I have raised a complaint with blue star customer care regarding the cooling issue with my air conditioner. Dealers came to my house and said that there was a gas leakage and needed to fill. They have filled the gas and left. They have charged 5000Rs/-

                            They have verified and filled the gas. After 1 week, we came to know that the issue has not been resolved. I have called the dealer again and they verified. This time they have said that it was a problem with compressor and suggested to call the blue star customer care. They have charged 4000 this time.

                            as they suggested, i raised a complaint with blue star custome care. They have verified and said there was no issue with the compressor and there was gas leakage and it needs to be refilled.

                            so i called the dealer who has come second time and filled the gas. He says that nitrogen test has to be performed and gas has to be filled and they wanted to charge me again for filling the gas. again they will charge 6000.

                            Kindly request to take necessary action on this and help me.

                              I bought AC of bluestar 3star 2 ton from your dealer - ERA Radios in bareilly. After installation i got to know that there is no gas in it. I complained to the dealer. They send their technician after 48 hrs. with so many calls. He checked and told that there is a leakage in compressor. I told to dealer to change it but he denied and ready for repair. I agreed. After repairing they charged me 2500/- without any bill. I called him why should i pay as i am taking a defective piece and initially there should be gas in it which i did not get.
                              What the dealer said listen- I will not listen any of your complaint. Your warranty is finished in 2 days. Is this right to talk to customer?
                              Please take a good step or i will go to consumer forum for complaint against him

                                I have raised request for installation for new Blue star AC. Passed three days till now no one has given a call on this. I have called 6 times to custermer care, they simply says we have escalated the request. As of now no response... Instllation people will never pick the phone i have tried more than 20 times. No use. For my view my first impression was gone. Going further i never ever prefer Blue Star. Technician name as "ESA Gayathri Cool World" [protected]

                                  I have bought bluestar air conditioner 1 year ago, thereafter 2 months it was not cooling And giving hot air, I am giving complaint, the technician wanted my delayed until the warranty completed, now they are billing too much, still now the problem was not solved. The technician came week after two weeks, did something, but no use, the problem was coming again and again. I was gave complaint through online also so many times, but they are showing too negligence in my problem solving. Because of high temperature my both sons suffered from severe fever. Still now my problem was not solved

                                  The technician of bluestar company consulted me, but he is interested in installation of new ACs and billing services, he postponed my problem to check after installation of new AC. Because he told that new installation is very urgency and the new consumer is irritating him that's why he preferred to go for new installation. They don't want any old customers problem...only income in servings also...if today my complaint was not cleared, tomorrow definitely I will contact consumer forum and hrc...this is not a warning to company, this is an indication of severely in my problem

I xomplain against my air conditionar not colling properly on april 2018. But nobody come next few days for resolve my problem and no free survice given within warranty period.                                       I have purchased blue star ac 1 year ago. I have done 1st servicing 1 months back only. Suddenly 7 days back my indoor unit is started water leakage. Also cooling power is decreased suddenly. I have raised complaint earlier "b[protected]" for the same issue and their representative attended this call after 7 days however still issue is not resolved.
                                      Kindly look into this issue on priority as i'm unable to run ac which is disgusting.
                                      Blue Star India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I purchased an AC one month back and water is leaking from inside into the room. The service provider came and tightened the outlet pipe but now the leakage is more than before. Moreover as said by the provider its not covered in warranty as well. Please guide. Very disappointed as i did not even use the AC for more than even 10 days and not the water leakage is so prominent that i cannot even use it.
