I am from jaipur i have purchased ductable ac of bluestar 22 ton from the dealer atreo international, jaipur from first day the ductable ac is not cooling and there is no throw of air also. My area is 3800 sq ft the area inspected by the dealer they suggested 18 ton but i told them to put 22 ton so that there is no problem in future but still after putting 22 ton there is no cooling. The dealer saying put your outdoor up in open area that also i have done they are charging all the money from me for all the changes that also i have have done but still there is no cooling all the design for ductable are done according to the design given by the dealer. I want to request u that i have invested huge amount in my project and i have purchased the ac from the reputed brand bluestar. If there is no cooling then it will effect my bussiness.

    Dear Team,

    I have bought a blue star AC on 4/5/2018. Installation was not satisfied and with in 2 weeks the AC is not cooling and water drops came out from the ac window
    Kindly request you to take this manufacturing defected AC and replace a new one.
    If not possible kindly give us the money back we will buy some other brand.

      My bluestar split ac not given cooling so i called to customer care on 16th of may 2018, they register complaint and give ticket number b[protected] (Customer i’d 6009371). After 2 days i received message resolution of complaint from customer care but nobody came to my home for service. This happen again and again. Till date 28/05/2018 i complaint 4 times and nobody responded dealer and customer care both. I really loose trust from bluestar and the dealer at bareilly era radios. I don’t know what happen after writing complaint here. But hope my complaint will resolve soon. Waiting for response...

      Hi,

      I have brought this AC in the month of March after fixing the AC, Very Next day AC is working..Water leakage inside the AC. IIts waste of my money.
      We have purchased the RO Water dispenser for the Company M/S Triphase Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd dated on 24/05/2018 & there is Leakage at the Bottom of the purifier, In spite of Getting repaired twice still we have the Leakage at the bottom.

        I bought split ac from bluestar just 3years ago, and it has started giving multiple issues like gas leakage, pipes cracks, there was aluminium insulation done on wires. Get this issues resolved asap. Customers pay hefty amount and this is the kind of products u sell to us. Can't recommend bluestar to anyone. Install man didn't even care to insulate wires n pipes. Resolve my concerns asap.

          I recently bought blue star 1.5 split ac and before i planned to get i confirmed with the dealer that installation will be done on that day itself. Dealer contacted someone and promised me that installation will be done on same day.

          They logged a ticket and i call many times to customer care and they people stating that installation will be done on same day. But at end of the day none turned up.

          I again spoke about this issue to customer care second day and i was told installation will be done and technician will visit in 1 hour and none turned back.

          Today after 5 days of purchase the situation is to live witout ac. This is the worst serivice from reputes company like bluestar.

          Bluestar taken money and not providing services. Why bluestar you making wrong promices. If you dont have capacity to provide than close your bussiness and let people to choose other brand ac than bluestar.

          Some words for your brand are :

          Blue star ac very poor service standard.
          Blue star ac worst customer care.
          Worst installation services.
          Just name is big.
          Don't make people fool that you will contact in 4 hours.

            I'm d. Srinivasan from chennai.. My blue star ac was not working properly since one month.. I have a warranty so i gave complaint on 7th may.. My complaint number is oc[protected]-350. A man came for inspection on 10th may and next day he took away ac for repair then they fixed on 16th may and i paid 3700rupees for service.. After one hour the same problem came.. I have not gotten any proper response when i give complaint again.. This is due to poor experienced persons.. Service center name is balaji cooltech, tnagr, chennai.             Iam having issues with my Dispenser which is still in warrenty period, Raised complaint on 16/05/18 ticket number is 256300 still waiting for technician who is on the way (as your executives are telling ) they have not given any important to my issue. No calls no technicians just assuring me everyday that as early as possible they will solve this.

              I have raised a complaint with blue star customer care regarding the cooling issue with my air conditioner. Dealers came to my house and said that there was a gas leakage and needed to fill. They have filled the gas and left. They have charged 5000Rs/-

              Again after 4 months, again the same issue (cooling issue). I have called blue star service center at [protected]. I have found the number at the below link.

              They have verified and filled the gas. After 1 week, we came to know that the issue has not been resolved. I have called the dealer again and they verified. This time they have said that it was a problem with compressor and suggested to call the blue star customer care. They have charged 4000 this time.

              as they suggested, i raised a complaint with blue star custome care. They have verified and said there was no issue with the compressor and there was gas leakage and it needs to be refilled.

              so i called the dealer who has come second time and filled the gas. He says that nitrogen test has to be performed and gas has to be filled and they wanted to charge me again for filling the gas. again they will charge 6000.

              Kindly request to take necessary action on this and help me.

                I bought AC of bluestar 3star 2 ton from your dealer - ERA Radios in bareilly. After installation i got to know that there is no gas in it. I complained to the dealer. They send their technician after 48 hrs. with so many calls. He checked and told that there is a leakage in compressor. I told to dealer to change it but he denied and ready for repair. I agreed. After repairing they charged me 2500/- without any bill. I called him why should i pay as i am taking a defective piece and initially there should be gas in it which i did not get.
                What the dealer said listen- I will not listen any of your complaint. Your warranty is finished in 2 days. Is this right to talk to customer?
                Please take a good step or i will go to consumer forum for complaint against him

                  I have raised request for installation for new Blue star AC. Passed three days till now no one has given a call on this. I have called 6 times to custermer care, they simply says we have escalated the request. As of now no response... Instllation people will never pick the phone i have tried more than 20 times. No use. For my view my first impression was gone. Going further i never ever prefer Blue Star. Technician name as "ESA Gayathri Cool World" [protected]

                    I have bought bluestar air conditioner 1 year ago, thereafter 2 months it was not cooling And giving hot air, I am giving complaint, the technician wanted my delayed until the warranty completed, now they are billing too much, still now the problem was not solved. The technician came week after two weeks, did something, but no use, the problem was coming again and again. I was gave complaint through online also so many times, but they are showing too negligence in my problem solving. Because of high temperature my both sons suffered from severe fever. Still now my problem was not solved

                    The technician of bluestar company consulted me, but he is interested in installation of new ACs and billing services, he postponed my problem to check after installation of new AC. Because he told that new installation is very urgency and the new consumer is irritating him that's why he preferred to go for new installation. They don't want any old customers problem...only income in servings also...if today my complaint was not cleared, tomorrow definitely I will contact consumer forum and hrc...this is not a warning to company, this is an indication of severely in my problem

                      My self jhumur sen kar purchase air conditionar 1.5 to spit from raipur electronics pvt. Ltd kanchara para invoice no kc/0044/17-19 april 2017. I xomplain against my air conditionar not colling properly on april 2018. But nobody come next few days for resolve my problem and no free survice given within warranty period.                         I have purchased blue star ac 1 year ago. I have done 1st servicing 1 months back only. Suddenly 7 days back my indoor unit is started water leakage. Also cooling power is decreased suddenly. I have raised complaint earlier "b[protected]" for the same issue and their representative attended this call after 7 days however still issue is not resolved.
                        Kindly look into this issue on priority as i'm unable to run ac which is disgusting.

                        BLUE STAR AC
                        I purchased an AC one month back and water is leaking from inside into the room. The service provider came and tightened the outlet pipe but now the leakage is more than before. Moreover as said by the provider its not covered in warranty as well. Please guide. Very disappointed as i did not even use the AC for more than even 10 days and not the water leakage is so prominent that i cannot even use it.

                          Dear Team.

                          I purchased bluestar 5W18GA Window AC (1.5 Ton, 5 Star Rating, White, Copper)on 18th Feb 2018 from unique enterprises Haryana. It was not even two months that i found the air conditioner cooling was not effective at all. I booked a service ticket and technician found that the cooling coil has developed multiple leakages and refrigerant gas has also leaked. I had a very high hopes from Bluestar and being such a class company you are not doing quality checks on the quality of material used and customers are getting defective product. Somehow the technician has welded the leakage but my question is how long this workaround will work and what is the surety that the cooling coil which already had so many leaks will not develops any leaks in future. I really need bluestar area managers to take this issue seriously because I have lost trust on your product now and will never ever buy bluestar products in my life and also advice others by sharing my bad experience.

                          Please look into my issue and do the best to make your customer happy not leaving them in Pain

                            My split ac compressor is in under warranty... And this product is not working from last year, basically in cooling system.. So that call the company customer care, and they behave to me in rude scale, and also did not get a help by any kind... After all the company service care technician visit to me. Although submit the purchase bill they charged to me forcefully... And they don't give any word about warranty.

                              Respected blue star team,
                              I hemant matwankar from vasai had a problem with my deepfreezer of 300 ltrs.. It had freezing related issues it was not working properly. So i contacted the customer care number [protected] on 16.04.18 so they said that their engineer will visit in 24 hours and will call before he comes...
                              Their engineer with mobile number [protected] and his name was shadab visited on 17.04.18 he said that the "overload" named part is damaged so need to replace it so i asked for the cost he said it'll cost you 4250 i said it's not expensive can you give some discount so he called his senior and said he's been permitted to give 10% discount on total bill. So it came to 4250 + 350 visiting charges so he gave me a discount of 460 and i paid him 4160.. I asked for bill he asked me to give my email and i gave same he said i'll get bill on email which i've not received yet.. He also gave me[protected] customer care number. Later after 2-3 hours i noticed that the ice is not forming in the deepfreezer. So i called the engineer and customer care number regarding the issues but both said engineer will come late evening but none turned up...
                              My concern is that there are goods worth 25000+ in the freezer if it gets spoiled who's the one to be blamed or responsible i'm going to take this issue damn seriously and approach consumer court...
                              The so called agencies whom you hire do not even provide a id card to their employees how the hell do we know that these people are genuine. Later at 6 pm when i called customer care number they said they'll call in 30 min but no one turned up...
                              So i again called customer care and the person over there talked to me very rudely and i also have the recordings of the same where they are giving me badwords as well..

                              Please give me number of your senior most officer or p. R. O. For vasai area who would take up the issue seriously and get the problem resolved asap. And i'll share the conversation recordings with him..

                                I had bought a ac from blue star india company, after about 1 year it start going to working unwell. I complaint a technician visit to company on 5 april 2018, the technician repair the ac but it not work well. I again register a complaint and after 4 visit, it is not working well against of this the company employee call with us rude behaviour and tell that it is all our fault there is no fault of company and angry on us and resolve our problem.

                                  Hi team,

                                  This is in regards for the amc papers of my blue star split ac which was supposed to be delivered within 24hrs. My registered mobile number for this complaint is +91-[protected]. Your team shared my contact details to a dwarka (Delhi) based blue star dealer and one of their guys came to my flat and shared a bill of the amc of 2400.00 inr and confirmed that the amc papers will be delivered within 24hrs to my doorstep. This entire conversation happened on 23rd march, 2018 and the money was paid instantly to them.

                                  Since then it has been closed to two weeks those guys aren't responding to my calls/messages and i feel like i have been scammed. When contacted today to your blue star customer support on[protected], they said they won't be able to help me on this. The dealer that i am trying to complaint about is:

                                    I bought AC on 1/3/2017.
                                    Warranty period was 1 year in which I shoulf get 2 free Services.
                                    I registered complaint for Service on 6/2/2018. (Complaint no.S[protected]). But the complaint was dismissed.
                                    I had no free Service during the warranty period.
                                    And now when I register for Service, Company says it will be chargeable.
                                    No-Proper reply from the Company and also from the Dealer - Vijay Sales, CG Road, Ahmedabad.
                                    I should be given atleast 1 free service from the company, because I had registered the complaint during the warranty period.

Yesterday a technician from blue star visited and told that. I need to change the coil.. In this case i want to know what is the coil warranty and how it will get damaged??

                                      I had raised my concern and the same was logged under the above tkt number. I must say enough of mental harassment i have faced and wasted entire two days of mine by false commitments of your vendor alfashat (Sohail, ansari and mansoor, specifically sohail) despite of clear communication i was told that today the tech will come as yesterday the work done was incomplete. To my shear disappointment the guys are totally unprofessional and caused a lot of trouble to me. I am not sure why despite the reprsentatives aligned to the issue. Please speak with mr. Prasad and get my issue resolved max by tomorrow by 11 am. As enough is enough
