[Resolved] Bluedart — Blue Dart Express consignee's address incomplete/incorrect bluedart issue | ||
I purchased vedix customized product (order #3455518) on Mon, Jan 3, 11:31 PM (10 days ago). Bluedart is the package handler and the tracking number is [protected]. The shipment has reached Palampur and is out for delivery on 8th January at 5 p.m. He couldn’t call me up and surprisingly the status updated that the customer requested future delivery. The shipment was out for delivery on 12th August at 4 p.m. Again, I was expecting a call from the blue dart delivery team so that they can locate me well. Without a call blue dart team straightaway marked that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. I already had his contact number. I talked to the delivery boy regarding this matter. He told me that I reached there and I called u up but your mobile was found to be switched off, but in reality, it was not so. I neither received any call from him nor missed call alert. He told me to deliver it the next day. Today morning, I called him up at what time he will deliver my stuff. As per telephonic conversation, he told me to deliver after 2 p.m. Very disappointed to say that again the situation remains the same. I did a lot of efforts by calling him up so many times today but his phone was busy and I was about to reach my calls was getting ignored. I am requesting you to please resolve this issue at the earliest. For your convenience am attaching screenshots sof my product status. Tracking and order id is already mentioned above. He said that he sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused in this regard. They have registered a complaint bearing number: 819309. They have forwarded my product information to the respective delivery station. Now, their concern team shall coordinate further in this regard. Blue Dart Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | ||
