I am based in Gurugram and placed an order for a card to be dispatched via Bluedart on 9th July. The delivery got delayed due to unexpected reasons as per BlueDart. Finally, the package was attempted to delivered on 14th July. However, now it shows that address incomplete / incorrect. I was not contacted for this delivery by anyone.
There is no option to rectify / modify the address on my end as well.
The company that I ordered from said only BlueDart can help with it. I am also happy to collect the order from the nearest BlueDart facility if possible as I NEED this shipment in the next 1-2 days.
