[Resolved]  Bluedart — Consignee's address incomplete/incorrect

I purchased graphics card on 30th september. Eta is 9th october. Bluedart is the package handler. The shipment has reached guwahati, and is out for delivery on 11th october, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

I couldn't receive both, i was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate me well, in case they have difficulty to reach out to me. That's why phone number is provided, right? Without a call bluedart team straightaway marked my address as incomplete, and to mention i didn't get a single response from bluedart on this. And oneplus support team is silent on this. Calls are also getting unnoticed.

I made a tweet, wrote messages to bluedart on twitter handles, wrote mail and did a lot of efforts, all in vain.

Now i am getting an error status that consignee's address is incorrect or incomplete. And have seen people hardly get resolution to this issue, what shall i do?

If bluedart team finds it, please reach out to me. You have the tracking id. I am ready to come to bluedart office instead as well to gather the package if it works.

Landmark :
1. Arya Vidyapeeth College

If delivery boy even comes at the above landmark and calls me, the issue will be resolved. I will come up to gather the package.

I was suposed to receive a product via #bluedart which i ordered from van heusen and in the shipment status says it is delivered, the delivery person did not contacted me if he had any doubt on delivery address i had given my number also, in the evening i received a msg saying he failed to deliver the product so reattempt will be made and after 1 hour i got a msg saying the product is delivered, but i did not receive it, please do something on this, please!! i am ready to collect from where ever you say

my product shipment no:[protected] and
I have provided my mobile number also

please help me out!

I am expecting my shipment from blue dart. This shipment I suppose to receive on 11/09/2023 however, got delayed. SMS received for out for delivery on my mobile today 13/09/2023 4.55 PM.

From that time I was continue checking the status and suddenly status showing as "Consignee's Address Incomplete/Incorrect" Delivery person don't even called me or haven't visited my society, I have checked with the security guard. Mentioned address I use for my all other documents like RC, Credit card and all.

In website it's mentioned customer care timing is 24X7. However, after the call connected but after calling the customer care number got to know customer support available till 7.30pm.

My address is :- Cozy Life Housing Society Kesnand, Flat# C-405, 4th Floor, GAT# 264, Near Kesnand Police Station, Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra 412207.

Kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible, this shipment is very much important to me. Any issue contact on my registered mobile number.

It is showing refused by consignee, but the truth is no one from the bluedart team contacted me .. infact I have been the one waiting for my order.. calling their customer care service. I WANT MY ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Didn't expect this kind of service from bluedart.

Today I got out of drivery message… but the did not contact me yet.. meanwhile I checked status shows address incorrect or incomplete… kindly solve this issue … thank you
