Bluedart Courier — packet delivered to unknown person

Hi my axis bank packet is delivered to unknown person and i am not getting any concern person contact details to trace out the same.

I was getting sms on delivery intimations but all at sudden i got a message that courier is delivered to self,??? How it is possible???

I was not at the address mentioned on the courier not even my family was there to take delivery.

How irresponsible is blue dart who charge hefty amount from customers and delivered the sensitive couriers to unknown persons.

Need my packet traced out and deliver it to the authorized person only.
