Dear team,
i was order on amazon for my laptop battery and shipped from bluedart courier but my parcel was shipped in 24 hour and parcel recieved at location loaction from 9th sept but still bluedart not delivered the parcel and they add comment in tracking that i refused to accept parcel but they didmt come and even they not call me to confirmation... and before this they update that landmark not mention address incomplete. but i always use same address and i was provide address of my company sbi life insurance which is welknown in CBD BELAPUR(navi mumbai)
and also many parcel recieved from bluedart on same address... and also they update out for delivery and sudenly in 1 hour they update that consignee refused to accept parcel
they are lier they did not contact me
and before this also they do same thing then i have to cancel order...
please take stict action on CBD BELAPUR BLUEDART OFFICE becsuse this is not 1st time... its one time of harrashment...
