Bluedart — Delay in delivery

I was supposed to receive an order three days ago, and I had provided my office address for delivery. I am expecting an important bank document. The delivery person called and asked if I was available at my home address, to which I responded that I was not, and I asked him to deliver it to my office since I was working there on that day. Shortly after, the status of the delivery was updated to indicate that the delivery address had been changed, and it was a holiday, so the delivery was rescheduled for the next working day.

Now, on the next working day, the status shows that they need the department name or extension number, even though I have provided the proper address. There has been no contact from the delivery team for the last three days.
