I was supposed to receive my order on 8th June 2022. Throughout the day I didn't receive any call from bluedart delivery executive. At the end of day the status got updated to delivered and that too in a whole different area of Bengaluru. Not sure where they delivered (if at all) and who received it. Its been more than 15 day since I am trying to follow up but to no avail.

I have not recieved the parcel yet and now the time is 10.50 am (2nd june, 2022) while in bluedart tracking screen it is showing as delivered at 10.23 am (2nd june, 2022).
As this is an oreder from my side which is prepaid so usually does incur tension to whom are they delivering my product.
And secondly their telephonic number to contact is busy plus till now no call came to my mobile regarding...

Kya main Jaan sakta hun Bharat Sarkar ne aisi farji company ko kyon licence de rakha hai customer ka samay barbad karte Hain agar aapse company nahin chal rahi hai to band kar do baki dusre companiyan parcel lekar de degi
[protected] is number ka order de nahi rahe or na inform kar rahe kya he kyo ni dena.
Meri aapse ek hi gujarish hai yah Blue dart company ke khilaf ek case kar do main aapko mere area ke Kai sare customer lakar...

I had order an item from Belora Cosmetics on 1st May 2022. It was a prepaid order.

The company sent the order through Blue Dart Waybill # [protected].

According to Blue Dart's tracking website, the item was picked up on 2nd May and delivered on 12th May. However, the TRUTH is that THE ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED AT ALL.

I called Blue Dart customer service and they told me that the item was delivered...

Hi, I have been constantly trying to track my order [protected] dispatched through Blue dart. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd May 2022 in prayagraj but on the website there is no current update available. After this I contacted the company through email and they themselves don't have any update yet of my parcel location. Blue dart courier service is very responsible towards the customers. I opt prepaid services and my parcel tracking number [protected] was dispatched on 12 may 2022 but now its showing Load On Hold;Space Constraint-Comml Flt without any reason.

I need this parcel to be dispatched urgently. i called to blue dart customer care but no one picking the phone nor giving me proper response.

I ordered a product online from Vero Moda on 28th Mar, 2022. I received a text message on 01st Apr that my order will be delivered on that day and also received the call from Bluedart employee and he confirmed the address on the phone. But, in the evening, I got another text message that the order is undelivered due to address related issues. It had never happened before that my address is not findable in the city as I regularly receive parcels...

Hello blue dart,
I'm Aswin Ghosh I'm waiting for a parcel that sent by kotak bank .
I got a notification from my bank that the package was delivered successfully.
Just now I'm checked the tracking through BLUEDART site and I can see that my package was delivered.
But I never received this ORDER!!!
Also the recepient name they updated is wrong.

I did not receive my consignment as given date. Now Status is showing "Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect"
My Waybill No is [protected].

I called blue dart customer care to get delivery boy contact no. But they said they haven't delivery boy no.
They said your parcel is delivered at the mentioned address till 07:00 pm.
I was expecting a call from the bluedart delivery team so that they can locate...

The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

For four days it was shown at Haldwani, 5km away from where I live(where order was suppose to be delivered)

Had they contacted me I would have picked it up.
After seeing they are returning it I googled for local bluedart number and called them....

I have given correct address and pincode, but the blue dart company says "Shipment Redirected On Same Awb " and Wrong Pincode, Will Impact Delivery.
My waybill No. is: [protected]. I gave them Phone no, but they did not notify me on on phone

Everything went wrong at the end of Blue Dart starting from package data entry which was entered incorrectly by Desk analyst Abhishek at Gwalior, then the product was miss-handled by bluedart quality team and their warehouses are infiltrated by rodents. My product was completely damaged inside out and delivered after 5 days don't know why it was delivered as the product was completely damaged. They asked me to drop an email with a claim...

On 18th Dec 2021, Blue Dart was supposed to deliver my HDFC credit card at my permanent address. In all honesty, I've recently moved to a new address few blocks away from my old address which also happens to be my permanent address. The official permanent address change hasn't yet been done and we're in the process of doing it . However, All the documents be it Bank Documents, Aadhaar or PAN clearly mention my phone number and my old address...
