Bluedart — Delivery delayed beyond control (Blue dart)

I was about to get my delivery today. As bluedart informed me via sms. But at 9:45pm I got to know 'delay caused beyond control' via my waybill tracking. The courier was coming from mumbai. And I reside in West bengal, south Kolkata. I don't know why this happened. Please solve this issue as soon as possible. It's urgent for me to get that courier.
