Bluedart — Delivery fraud | |
This is Sourav Debnath. I had two of my packages holding Waybill no: [protected] and [protected] Both of the packages arrived at the Agartala hub at 7th August. I got a message in 8th August morning saying that the package (waybill no. [protected]) is out for delivery but I did not get it. That day in the evening, the package was marked "Undelivered" because he did not find my location. My location is Tripura University, every person in Tripura knows Tripura University. Then I kept calling the executive over and over like 100 times and he was rejecting my phone. Finally one day he got frustrated and delivered me the package at 11tg August in the noon! But the package bearing waybill number [protected] is not delivered till now. It's been marked out for delivery since 11th August. But it's 18th August now. It's lying on their floor. From 7th August. 11 days! I still did not get my package! If they call me and give me proper reasoning, their company survives or else, they should get ready to be dragged to court on the offence of delivery fraud! Yours Truly, Sourav Debnath.
