[Resolved] Bluedart — Delivery issue | |||||
This is regarding bluedart way bill no [protected] the original product I purchase from ebay and as per there policy the product suppose to deliver between 16 to 18 june. Last week I informed that my product will deliver on today and today morning I got sms that it was canceled by me. its totally wrong. already I updated alt contact no so that it should not miss but they didn't take it serious and now blaming me. It contains very urgent product and I was looking for it urgently. Contacted with bluedart customer care and they are doesn't have anything to say. I need strong action against them.
