I am a receiver of the shipment that picked up from kolkata (700025) to parbhani, maharashtra (431401)... About three weeks away i had a shipment through above mentioned route (Waybill no.[protected]) which reached to mumbai hub. From mumbai it should have delivered me on next day. But it misrouted to aurangabad. From aurangabad it again went to mumbai hub. And i got delivery 4 days late. And the same happened for waybill no.[protected] for the same route.
My question is very simple, if aurangabad is not a point in this route why you ppl send it to aurangabad and update status as "shipment misrouted - will impact delivery". There is clearly mentioned pincode of delivery location, still you ppl do such silly mistakes.. And eventually we get deliver 4 to 5 days late.. This is disgusting, isnt it???
