Bluedart — Failed delivery status showing consignee not available

This is regarding the irresponsible behavior and failed delivery of bluedart service. I had to receive a shipment from my company I was to join on 22 august. The delivery sms I got was on 20 august that shipment will be delivered today kn 20th. I tracked the shipment it showed out for delivery but I wasn't reached out by delivery agent for whole day and I also called their CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBERs and every time they said give us half an hour sir. But nothing happened till 7 p.m I even called bluedart srinagar jammu and Kashmir but they are worst of all. They didn't bother to pick up my call from 3 different numbers they provided. I checked the status of shipment next day that is today 21 august and it shows unable to deliver as consignee not available that means they put this fault on me whithout even CONTACTing or teaching out to me. How will i onboard my company I was about to join without the equipments???... I am losing my job on your account. This service is completely fraud and ### . What if they send back the shipment. What would I do without it???. Help me out.
