Bluedart — Failing to deliver product after nearly 30 days | |||
I ordered a product from xiaomi on 3rd july 2020 and was dispatched through bluedart. The estimated date of delivery was on the 13th of july, they have failed to deliver me on the 13th, i registered a complaint about it - to which they told me, it will be delivered soon. I mailed many complaints about it because even on the 28th of july the product has not reached me yet. The tracking details shows that the product has not moved from the point it was on the 8th of july - it says to contact customer service. I asked bluedart why it has shown like that, they never gave me a reply about it!!! I want my product delivered soon because xiaomi says i can't cancel now, as it has been dispatched from their warehouse Was this information helpful? | |||
