I want to complain that the delivery boy who was suppose to deliver my nykaas order to me on 4 th oct 5 pm he did not come to deliver the order and was not receiving calls so I had to reschedule my order to today 5th october and again I tried to reach the delivery boy after so many calls but he was talking rudely and shouted at me he, saying that yesterday I was not home and told him to delivery around 5pm (yes I did say that), and said that he has no time to deliver and cut the call after that he is not receiving any calls I want my delivery quickly. Plss help me
