Bluedart — I have returned 3 products through bluedart but only 2 got delivered | |||
Hi, I had ordered 1 combo of 2 jackets and 1 single jacket so total 3 jackets from shopclues. I returned all 3 jackets on 11th august as i didnt like the product quality. The return pick up was done by bluedart courier on 11th august, 2017. Let me expain you how it was done - bluedart person came on 11th august morning to pick up my return order. When i gave all 3 products to them in one packet (As i received from shopclues) and i told them to check as the return online shopping products has to be checked by pick up boy. He said they have received return request for one combo jacket only, then i have told them to check in their office as i have raised the return request for all 3 jackets, so he said he will check in his office and come back in the afternoon to pick up my order. He came in the afternoon around 4 pm on 11th august and collected all 3 jackets. He checked the quantity and collected. On 14th august, i have received refund of rs. 999 for only one product (Combo). I had paid rs 1877 for this order. Rs. 878 was still pending. When i checked with shopclues, they said they have received only 2 jackets. I explained everything to shopclues customer care but they have not initiated any investigation yet. I have attached awb receipt and order details for reference. I thought i should check with blue dart customer care. I spoke to brena and there is one more lady, i dont remember her name. They were so rude. I was trying to explain them the incident but they were not allowing me to talk. When i have given my awb number to the lady (Not remembering her name) she said awb number is wrong, and told me to check my details correctly in a very harsh way, and told me "madammmmm you check with shopclues" we can not help you. She was just trying to diconnect the call, i had to raise my voice but she was so annoying that i could not speak to her, she told me why are you argumenting when i hardly spoke to her and disconnected the call. I tried one more time on bluedart custome care. Now i spoke to brena and again the same experience. She was soooo rude but when i told her that i will write on twitter about this experience then she allowed me to expain but was not ready to help me. When i asked her to check for my product, she said madam you need to wait. She was not ready to share the further info like how to track my complaint status and how much time will it take. I think bluedart gives training to their employees like - how to make customer service worst. I will surely write this on twitter. You unprofessional idiots, you dont know customer service. My order no ev[protected] was delivered by your. He has personally contacted. And promised I deliver. He was waiting on rate gate. He was also given permission to deliver as per address. He neither contacted nor turned back.
