Bluedart — mentioned as customer not available

Hi,
This is about a delay in pickup,
and they didn't come to my house and mentioned as customer unavailable, I checked in the past day security register there where no Bluedart men came through.
I asked customer care to register a complaint about this but they refused to accept it.

After the above complaint, they canceled the return pickup of the courier and marked it as Quality dispute.
Kindly do the needful asap.

Hi Team,

I got a courier from banking side, parcel was not delivery and not reach out also but he updated statues location not finding.

I am facing same problem every time near my blue dart office.

This is about a delay in the pickup, they mention multiple times Scheduled and Re-Scheduled pickup after some days they mention the customer has canceled the pickup, and the second day they mentioned the customer was unavailable, and the same day in the evening he came to collect the courier.
