Bluedart — No Delivery

I have not received my delivery way bill no:[protected]. When I tracked the Status was Consignee Refused To Accept which was really disgusting to talk about. It was urgent as it was medicine inside, i was waiting for which. Also I was tracking it consistently but after all the things are pretty ridiculous.

I need your attention for a proper reply atleast not such like "Consignee Refused To Accept". it's a bad idea of displaying of such improper english.
