Bluedart — Order returned to source without contacting me

The courier service has never contacted me for delivery. Instead, the shipment has been returned to origin at shipper's request. How do i get this re-delivered?

For four days it was shown at Haldwani, 5km away from where I live(where order was suppose to be delivered)

Had they contacted me I would have picked it up.
After seeing they are returning it I googled for local bluedart number and called them. I requested them to stop the return but he started blaming rain and all when clearly for past 3 days there was no rain during day.

Looking at past few days performance it's evident that the order will stay there for few more days before return.
Please stop the return and contact me so that I can pick it up atleast from there local center.
