Bluedart — package not delivered - out of delivery area | |||||
I'm supposed to receive my package yesterday, which I haven't received yet. On calling customer service, they inform that it's out of delivery area through automated queries. Then why in the first place the pickup was accepted? And if it's out of delivery area why do you keep sending messages that it will be delivered today. If it's not deliverable, aren't you supposed to inform about it? And even in the status why is it mentioned that it is out for delivery at one point, if you are not even able to deliver it? And seriously, on what basis you declare something out of delivery area?? I would definitely want to know.. the courier office is located in the same pin code area. the delivery address is not even 10KM from the BlueDart's courier office.. I have seen this behaviour several times especially from this courier office of Nalgonda branch. I wonder if they have ever delivered the packages themselves to the actual delivery address!
