Bluedart — Pickup cancelled by Bluedart without attempting pickup or contacting the addressee

My order with Waybill number [protected] was arranged by service center for an item under repair but nobody came to pick up and all of a sudden the status is changed to "Pickup Cancelled By Customer On Attempt". This status is not only factually incorrect but it is wasting the time for which the product is repairable by th service center. This is totally unacceptable and fraudulent activity on part of Bluedart.
