This is about a delay in pickup,
and they didn't come to my house and mentioned as customer unavailable, I checked in the past day security register there where no Bluedart men came through.
I asked customer care to register a complaint about this but they refused to accept it.

This is regarding a fraudulent activity done by bluedart bachupally office. The expected delivery date for my courier with waybill# [protected] was on 29th june. First thing is that, this was not delivered on that date. And on 30th morning the status was 'out for delivery'. I was waiting for the courier on that day at my home. This is the second time am suffering from Banjara Hills Branch the person wont come or call but they keep need ext. need dept.
If you are not capable then shut your services, dont know how to maintain customer trust banjara hills branch is the worst. I need my courier by first half...

I have not got any call from the currier guy regarding delivery of my package. But they have updated the status as consignee not available, but whole day i was present at the given location. Even i called to the number provided in sms o the blue dart team. But they have not responded properly amd asked me to wait. This is very unprofessional behavior of the blue dart team. I have paid online for aiwa 40 pieces multipurpose combination tool box and i got a telephone message at 11.30 am on 27-4-18 by bluedart to receive the consignment at their office at mavelikkara. Called bluedart. Shipment in jayanagar office wgich is just 3-4 km from my house. They say delivery will be done tomorrow. What a joke. This shipment came all the way from mumbai in less than 24 hours and now it will sit in their office till next day. These guys are a bunch of liars. All courier companies are the same. Bluedart is no better. They just charge a lot more.

Take my advice and avoid spending money on them...

This number[protected] always says it's not connectable...

This number +[protected] is always busy.

I have not received my shipment yet. This shipment was done through a seller from ebay on a purchase. He is also not responding. The parcel is from indore to coimbatore. Blue dart's tracking link shows the same status for the past four days, that is it is in bhiwandi hub since march 27th....

I have ordered an earphone from headphone zone. And i have paid via internet banking. The delivery status is received but i haven't received my delivery still and i gave them two phone numbers.. They dint even make a single call. And when i called bluedart ulsoor branch.. They dint even pick my call. I want my delivery by today and u want u to take severe action on those branch guys...

The consignment has arrived at Bhubaneswar on 03 Mar but not yet delivered. No official number can be accessed. I feel it is very poor standard of service, that a small packet cannot be delivered after a week of arriving in location where the city is 10 Km in length and 4 Km wide. False notes posted as "out on delivery" etc. Totally unacceptable standards. I have sent eMail but still no action. Can the CEO intervene please? Details of consignment...
