        Not delivering my product as it is showing On Hold For Regulatory Paperwork

        My AW Bill no is [protected]. It's been 8 day s and my package is on hold for regulatory paperwork. My expected delivery is supposed to be today (30th may 2023). How much time does it take to do that paperwork?
        It's a week and I ve still not received my order
        What does on hold for regulatory paperwork mean?
        How much time does it take?
        I have placed the order on 24 may 2023 and still not delivered expected...

        The shipment came to hyderabad on 3rd june but till now, when calling the customer care they are casually telling technical delay (responding as if the delay is from my side)and informing it may take more than 2 days to receive my courier.
        This bluedart always delays in hyderabad, careless people not doing their work properly and also not concerned with the other people time.

        I don't know why the banks are sending through this poor service bluedart courier

          Today was my delivery day. Also show out for delivery at 11.7A.M. But Till 7.11 no delivery boy o[censored]r curiar service conect me. After 7.11 ur delivery boy call me, He can't delivery today for so late to go home. Although I was trying to help him to cover some distance. He reply me he will trying. But till 10.03 P. M he doesn't contuct me. Although i was trying to connect him about 1.30 min he was no reply, dosenot answered my call, after about 30 times call.
          After all at 10P.M a mossage come

            Blue Dart Express — without trying to delivery the parcel they misleading consignee not available/not sharing otp

            I have not received call /message regarding this . But the message shows misleading the information . This making me continous wait on the delivery .

              I am Nishtha Chheda from Nagpur. I had shipped 3 packages (2 blueDart boxes and 1 Luggage bag) together from Chennai. The shipment was supposed to arrive to Nagpur on 29th May 2023. Not only did the shipment a week late on 3rd June, the luggage bag is missing.
              The address was the same on all 3 packages.
              I've been in contact with the Customer support for almost 5 days now, and they have no information to give me what-so-ever.
              The luggage bag contains some important books and documents that I need at the earliest.
              I've been mailing them and still there is no response. In fact now the consignment shows delivered on their website AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY LUGGAGE BAG YET!
              My trust from BlueDart is slipping away. I still have high hopes from the company that they will track down my parcel and get it delivered, but they really need to work on the customer service. People put their 100% trust on the company, they have to be more responsible than this.
              Please look into the problem and get my parcel delivered at the earliest! Its urgent!

                AWB #[protected] number booked under name of Ms. Rashmi Kandeyang had to be delivered on 1st June 2023, when I, the receiver was not at all available at the mentioned address. I had to re-schedule the delivery but the delivery partner from Blue Dart delivered the parcel at the said address on 1st June itself to the security guard without any prior information or approval of mine (customer) which is crucial in any type of delivery.
                Moreover, he delivered that and went away from the address. And, then he called me to inform that he had handed over the parcel to the guard and started shouting on me when I asked him why he delivered that without informing me or checking if I could receive that order or not. Please look into the issue as the delivery partner cannnot

                  Regarding my recent delivery of an order

                  These issue is very serious
                  The delivery boy came to my home he refused to come to my floor and delivery me inspite being harsh to me as of now delivering...
                  I will take these issue seriously

                  I want my delivery back to my Address and
                  take a serious actio to delivery boy ...
                  I don't tolerate these...

                        Dear Sir/ma'am,

                        My Bank send me a Card which is deliver to wrong location and a wrong person from a blue dart Company, I didn't get any calls from Delivery partner about my delivery date and all And he deliver my Card to another guy without my concent. I tried calling customer care many time but call didn't connect. Please do the needful because that card is very important for me.

                            Blue Dart employee with Mobile Number [protected] refused to deliver the consignment and return back with false note that customer is not reachable. I do have the phone recording for requesting him to deliver as it is of cheque book and there is an emergency. Further he asked me to reschedule and later he handed over the cheque boo k bank branch instead of delivering at my give address. Request to take disciplinary action against the employee and confirm and provide remedy for the failure of the delivery by your company. As needed will submit the phone recording.

                              I had never experienced this much frustration in the process of a consignment to be delivered at my address before.
                              May 2023. As I needed that passport urgently, just after seeing that tracking-status online, I proactively called their Customer Service ([protected]). I didn't want the item to be undelivered for such miscommunication /unawareness. But, ultimately making all my efforts waste, at the evening 24th May at 12:30 pm I received...

                              I ordered a laptop from official Asus website on 18th may 2023, and i had already paid full amount of money that is nearly 50k.
                              The delivery partner assigned by Asus website was bluedart.
                              My expected delivery date was 22 may 2023
                              On 22 may, i was notified through sms and on bluedart tracking that my order will be delivered today.
                              Many hours passed, but nothing happened.
                              I called their customer care for like 20 times, they lied to me again and again.
                              Delivery boy did fraud, he never called me, and marked my address as incorrect on tracking website of bluedart.
                              This is unbearable.
                              My father gave hard earned money for my laptop, I'm so much worried.
                              I need solution 😭

                                I ordered couple of things and the courier company is blue dart. Order no. If blue dart is [protected] . As per status it's showing that product is delivered and handover to kala. I don't know who is Kala and even I didn't got any call from anyone.

                                  The delivery person did not even call and raised the status that he could not find the address.
                                  last 2 das it has been reining heavily in Bengaluru so even before attempting to deliver he did not call and said address not found.
                                  How pathetic is this. I am evenwilling to pick up the order from and blue dart office but god forbid anyone at Blue Dart pick up the phone call at customer care
