This is regarding AWB [protected]. The bluedart courier was supposed to deliver the product today and he had called me and I had informed that I was not available for next 2 days. He said that he cannot keep the product in bluedart for 2 days . I asked him about the office and he said that office is open till 8pm. I went to office and I was informed that person is on field and he will available only after 8 pm . This is totally unprofessional behaviour from reputed courier company simply wasted my time and not ready to accept their mistake. I want this to escalated at the earliest.

    My consignment with the way bill no [protected] was expected to deliver today. But the delivery executive didn't deliver the package and marked the status as "C'nee Shifted from the Given Address. In this case I am not shifted anywhere from my given address.

    Kindly deliver my consignment at the given address earliest possible.

    I had very bad experience with the service of Blue Dart.

      The consignment wasn't delivered to me despite the status been shown as put for delivery. Nor I received any message that the parcel will not be delivered today. I had to cancel my ticket since I was supposed to travel the next day. But due to irresponsible behaviour by Bluedart I had to suffer monetary loss. Absolutely pathetic service. Highly disappointed. Deliver my parcel without fail tomorrow!

        I was expecting my package to be delivered on Saturday and I was present at my address all the day. But by the end of the day I got an update saying that "CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE". I was available on my phone and the shipping address the full day, but they gave this fake update for my delivery. Still the package is not delivered

          Hello,
          My way bill number is [protected]. The shipment was about to get delivered today as I got the update in my phone number @ 12;47pm. But when till evening it didn't get delivered I checked the website to check the status and the Status was shown as Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. But this shouldn't had happened as I have got delivery earlier by giving the same address by BlueDart.

          Please look into the matter and get the shipment delivered as soon as possible.

            Your courier company late to deliver in 2 days
            Smartdukan seller told me your percel 2 days late so you open box check then payment
            But Your delivery person not open the box

            My consignment with the way bill no [protected] was expected to deliver on 11 July 2023. But I got the message on 10th July 2023 that your consignment is undelivered. Promptly I tracked my consignment with given way bill number and it shows status "C'nee Shifted from the Given Address. In this case I am not shifted anywhere from my given address. If I am not available at my address at the time of delivery the delivery person should at least contact on given number and handover my consignment to building gaurd.

            Kindly deliver my consignment at the given address at the earliest because it is very important for me.

            It is really very disgusting and disappointing with the service of Blue Dart.

                Order delivery

                I purchased samsung galaxy f13 on 15th july from samsung website. Today is 20th july. Blue cart is the package handler. The shipment has reached muzaffarnagar, and is out for delivery on 19 July, which is my city where i live. I wanted to know the delivery contact details of the courier or details of bluedart delivery boy so that i can either gather the package or can have the information of delivery in advance.

                The Order was shipped on 30th June 2023 from Lucknow to Patna
                It has been held at Patna Hub since 6th july 2023.
                When i contacted the Blue dart team they said they need updated Address and will deliver it the next day.
                We have called them and got the address updated thrice since then but the package is still not delivered at the location.
                They keep saying that if it's not delivered we will have to pick it up from the centre, which is not possible at all.
                The family is leaving for abroad this week, request you to get it delivered before that, otherwise it'll be a big loss for many o[censored]s on many levels.

                      I ordered my books on 3 July 2023 and it is out of delivery on 10 July 2023 but then the Blue Dart express website shows me your address is incorrect/incomplete. And then they not contact with me I tried 10+ calls to they but they didn't receive my call.

                        I 10 call to blue dart office and other number they say to deliver the product on 10 july but they dont deliver the product right now how i action on this company to give me my product

                            My parcel was scheduled to be delivered by bluedart today. But as per latest update on the website the status was marked as conginee’s address is incorrect/incomplete.

                            Please deliver my parcel asap. If delivery boy comes near to the mark and call me on provided contact information on parcel. I will pick up my parcel.

                              I was supposed to get the order on Saturday 08/07/2023 but the it was not delivered and the status was marked as consignee not available even when I was available. Now today when I checked the status on 10th it says "Undelivered Shipment Held At Location" and I am unable to contact anyone. When we reach out to their number it says the network is congested. I want to know what will happen of my order

                                Though the consignee address is written properly for way bill no.[protected]; the courier is still not delivered. I have given my email id for getting intimation and provided address once again in message. I have not received any mail from bluedart.

                                  Hi my order in is my town since last 2 days.
                                  It said out for delivery today but I still didn't received it. They don't provide delivery person's contact info, neither provide the address of their office from where I can pick up. The delivery person didn't come to my address and didn't even contact me, and now the my tracking status say Consignee'S Address Incomplete/Incorrect. I have had 100+ deliveries to the same address since two years now. Please take some action, the content of my courier is very important and costly.

                                    This order has not been received by me, not even a single Phone call was made by the delivery person
