Bluedart — pickup not done till 3rd day after scheduled and still no clue, despite 6 cc calls | |||
I registered for pickup of my nokia 3 smartphone on 22nd may and itr was about to be picked up on 23rd may between 3-6 pm but nothing happened i raised complaint and they assured that it will be picked the same day, and request to wait for some more time. Next day on 24th, same story even after 2 complaint and their commitment. Again on 25th may, despite 2 customer care (Cc) complaint, and even they escalated it to their higher authority in the 25th may morning itself. Nothing happened. And still no clue.
