I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my shipment with AWB No. [protected], Product purchase from Casio Bhawar Group which was scheduled for delivery on 02 /05 /2025 . Despite repeated tracking checks, the shipment has [Cnee Refused id/ OTP not shared -Incorrect], causing significant inconvenience and disruption.
