Bluedart — wrong delivery and missing

I was sending courier on 20 nov to Kerala there tracking shows it delivered but not in the address which i have written but some other address and when my friend calling for search and return to original receiver than their customer care don't reply a suitable answer and keep saying we are looking into matter and respond you shortly this conversation going on for last 2 months . Now i am sure that my parcel is misplaced and they even don't want to repay .

The delivery person not delivered in the address and also not picking the call

My courier is showing delivered and I haven't received it. Customer care just said will look into this matter and they delivered to the wrong address
