Bmtc — BMTC Conductor did not give my balance amount

I boarded Bus Registration no KA-5-F-233 today(April[protected] at 6:45 Am from Mayo Mall to come to Domalur Bridge Bus Stop . The bus conductor was asked me ticket amount i gave 100 rs and i told him clearly orry sir I don't have exact change for that he was stopped the bus and asked me to get down from the bus i told him sorry sir i will not do then he taken money from me(100 rs) and gave ticket(19 rs) again i asked for this distance ticket charge only 14 rupee but you given me 19 rs ticket for that he was like scolded me and replaced new one which is regular one (14 rs).I reached my place i asked my balance amount he did not tell anything more over scolded me his native language and I again asked. He told i cant give what ever you can do where ever you want to give complaint give, but i will not give the change then i asked him to write my balance amount behind the ticket for that he wrote 74 rs instead of 86 rs (14-100). Also when I asked the conductor about the my balance amount he started yelling at me and told so many things in his own language.Other bus passengers told me that he is scolding me in his native language. Completely shocked and disappointed with such rude behaviour of conductor. I really hope actions will be taken to get my money(86 rs) back and some actions against the conductor so that neither he nor any one else can misbehave with the passengers.
