Bmtc — I'm complaining against 2 ticket checking officers of BMTC

I'm working in a private company in banglore.
Today i was traveling in BMTC from Murgeshpalaya to Kempegowda bus stand.
Around 5:20 morning i got on a BMTC bus. The conductor was issuing tickets to others in the back & bus was too rush. In the next stop (Manipal Hospital) the ticket checker (he refuse to say his name) boarded the bus and was checking the tickets. We politely told him that the conductor could not issue us a ticket, because we just boarded the bus i & my friend was holding the ticket money & waiting for the conductor to come our side. However the (2 people) ticket checkers started arguing with me He did not even listen to my explanation & told me you have to pay the fine because it's your mistake. The ticket checker forced to pay Rs. 250/- from me & my friend for no faults of ours.
I just wanted to say it's not my mistake & it's not even conductor mistake. It was just the matter of time & he accused me saying that it's my mistake. It's really unfair what happened to me today. I refused the fined receipt to receive from him because he claimed me that it's my mistake & it was so disrespectful, humiliating & it really hurt my pride.
I wish someone will take action on this & make ticket checkers stop accusing & humiliating passenger's for not their mistakes.
