[Resolved] Boat — boat rugged v3 usb wire.....have been sent for replacement but they is saying we didn't get the product.. | |||
As the USB wire was in warranty so i register a complaint in june 26 to 29 ' 2019 for replacement and got a ticket no :- 353608.. then on 3rd july 2019 the blue dart boy take the product from me and given me the slip the awb no :- [protected] and since from last three months i was contacting but non of them accepted my call and in August they received my call and said as there was no stock available so there is a delay in delivery and then also the product not come so i called them again they were not receiving my calls and as yesterday they accepted my call and said we didnt received the product and there is nothing showing in ticket number as well as in awb number...pls try to contact and return the product ...contact no [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
