Boat — Empty earphone box delivered | |||
I ordered boAt basshead 100 from boat lifestyle official website on 15/05/2020 delivered to me on 19/05/2020. So when I get the packet I opened it and found that the earphone box was already opened nd there was no earphone inside it. I was also recieving various message of delay in delivery till 29/05/21 but then the order suddenly came to me this morning.The order no was 365790. AWB:[protected]. The delivery service involved were shiprocket and Xpressbees. Either give me a new product or refund me my money. Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm Avneesh who had purchased a boat music product {eardopes} from boat's official site but i had not registered on site .
I made the payment online via E-banking.
first of all boat made 7 days delay for order delivery and when i received the delivery. I unboxed it and found empty, nothing is there in the box (shockingly) wtf Are u guys serious literally nothing there was. Idc about that now I want my money back{refund} or a new product else I'm going to file a complain regarding this to cyber crime and consumer complaint that boat had cheated me and done fraudulent . shame one you such a poor management You guys have, where your management is cheating and doing fraudulent to your consumers who trust on you blindly.. I want boat to investigate this properly and refund or give me a new piece.
I'm filing a complain tooo now, thats too much ..

I ordered airdopes from boat and received an empty box from them only charger is present.
They are asking me to wait for ten days for investigation.
Did u get your product back or replacement ?
Customer service people are telling me that there is no refund option.

My delivery date was 7 Sept suddenly on 4 Sep I got message and call the delivered the product and then when I opened it was an empty box .

Yesterday I faced the same problem. It was about to get delivered on 18th April '22 but all of a sudden it was delivered 2 days earlier and I see an empty box.
