I got a replacement of my headphones. Ticket number is 382183. I asked them to change my delivery address and they did. But now, the headphones have arrived on old location. I contacted bludart (Waybill no - [protected]). Bluedart's employee told me that i should contact boat company and the company would tell bluedart for changing delivery address. Now i am not able to contact boat company. They do not reply on email or on call. My headphones have reached mohali, punjab.
