Hi sir, my name is nikhil kumar, i am from muzaffarpur. Pin code 842003 I bought boat headphone 400 red /black from flipkart, after 2 month some distorting sound occur, so i complained to the boat and warranty services, they send the courier man to receive my headphones, through xpressbees, After some day they gave my product as new product carbon/black headphone This headphone power button is damaged So i again complained about our product Then xpressbees courier come and receive my carbon/black headphone on 22 september. There is no sound in the speaker.There is no sound in the speaker when you are playing the song after turning on Bluetooth.Connecting but there is no sound in it, but the battery is full.I believed in your company that your product will come out right, but I do not feel that you are trustworthy.It has not been even 1 year and it has gone bad
