Boat — Not Received the replace product

I have raised a complaint about boat Airdopes earphones that I bought from amazon and it stopped working, Therefore I created complaint about it and pick up person came from xpressbees and collected my earphones, Tracking is showing that product has reached to them, but after that, there is no update from them and no one is answering on call or email. Every time I call then it says busy but when I get connected via call then no one from the call center picks up the phone.

Please help me get a replacement or a refund.
