Boat — Payment done but order failed I didn't get refund | |||
I have try to place an order on 11th may 2021 from boat official site, The product was Boat Rockers 335 @1249 payed through paytm payments banking via Net banking. When I called the customer service on 12th may they told me “Amount will be refunded in 7 to 15 days” still completing 15 days I didn't get my refund & propper update about this. please intiate refund faster, this is not my mistake Payment details from bank side:- Bank Reference No :(I mailed to boat) Please check my mail from this id Email Id:-akhil[protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi I have tried to place an order today and paid via Google pay. Even after the money is debited the order was decloned. Try to process the refund as soon as possible
