[Resolved] Boat — phishing and fraud | |
I ordered a rockerz 510 from your official website. I've already made the purchase and paid for this product via paytm wallet. I used the paynimo payment gateway. An amount of rs.1, 899 was deducted from my bank account. I have got both the paytm and my bank's confirmation messages about this transaction. Still i get a mail in my inbox asking me to complete my purchase. Then where did my money go?! If you want to check on something then just check on that payment gateway of yours. And even then you cannot do anything about it, please return my money, it's precious. I tried to contact your customer service but i was put on hold. I either get the product ordered or i get my money back or i'll have to file a complaint. The choice is yours. Was this information helpful? | |
