Boat — Warranty and replacement related issue | |||
I purchased "Boat Airdopes 402 Bluetooth Headset" which is a product of boAt Company. I purchased this product from an online shopping platform which is "Flipkart". I ordered the product on Saturday, 12th December 2020, and receive it on Monday, 14th Dec 2020. When I receive the product it was all fine in condition. After some months I faced some problems with that product. so, because the company (boAt) gave that product to the customer with 1-year warranty service, I applied for the warranty for the product "Boat Airdopes 402 Bluetooth Headset" on the date 14th April 2021. And the ticket number of the warranty complaint was "2254663" Date of complaint - 14th April 2021 After that, because of covid-19 and Govt. lockdown, the "boAt" company was not able to deliver my product on time and I also understood their concern and the situation which we all facing because of this pandemic. so I also didn't force them or called again and again. After the lockdown, I received my product on 15th May 2021. When I receive the replaced product and opened it I saw that the product was not working properly and also it was damaged and the charging point of that product was completely different from the product I bought from the company. And I also recorded a video during the unboxing of that product for proof that I didn't do any mistake after using it that it was damaged and unworkable already. So, it was totally disappointing for me. After that, I immediately called the company and told them about all that incident so they told me to generate a new ticket number. so I did what they said to me. I generate a new ticket number which is - "2362715" date when ticket generated - 15th May 2021 they also said that send a mail to our company's this "[protected]@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com" mail id and write about your problem related to the product in that mail. so I again did what they said. I sent a mail to "[protected]@imaginemarketing.freshdesk.com" using my mail id which is "[protected]@gmail.com" on 15th May 2021, 3:16 PM, and also attached the product's picture where I found the issues. the company claims that in 15 days of duration they deliver the replacement product but from the generation of ticket number - "2362715" 15th May 2021 to today "Thursday, 17th June 2021 it has been 34 days completed but the company even dispatched my product yet. And I called the company's customer care service number - "[protected]" they misbehave with me they put me on hold and after putting me on waiting for a long time they cut my call and didn't reply me anything. once when I call they said that we will highlight your ticket number and resolve your problem immediately but will give you update in 24 hours but whatever they said to me they didn't do anything. whatever the company said to do me to solve my problem I did all the things properly also cooperate with them in the covid-19 lockdown situation but after all that, they don't taking their customer's problems seriously and making false promises to the customers. From the date of my first ticket generation "14th April 2021 to Today 17th June 2021, it's been 65 days, but still, the company not resolving my issue. So Please I am requesting that you please at least take my problem seriously and help me. I am sending you some pictures and videos related to the product "Boat Airdopes 402 Bluetooth Headset".
