I have made the payment of Rs 56000 /- to body care in the month of November 2013 and due to my job, I asked them to refund my money with in 1st 14 days of service as per standard polices of service but they refused to pay back . Spoken with their accountants Neha and Sanjay, always tries to ignore calls and topping the chart when it comes to giving excuses . It is been 6 months I and my mom is chasing Them for refunds, faridabad's body care land line number is out of reach - temp disconnection, their counsellor's does not pick calls on their respective mobile numbers . I have spoken to their owner Mrs Divya Sood as well but found her highly unprofessional . STANDING NO WHERE - DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, As i am a salaried person and could not afford to donate such a huge amount .

First of all a big thanks to The Body care for making us slim and fit. As the name suggest "The Body Care" they keep their promises. Being an very old client with body care I was always satisfied with services from day 1. I don't understand why people are complaining about it. They have decent clinics all over India.. Hats Off...:) to the Divya Sood..

I paid for 5 sessions of laser hair removal because the agent convinced and assured me that I will be done with the sessions by my wedding in June. However only 2 sessions have been completed since February and they kept cancelling the following sessions. My last session was on 2nd March. With more than two months of hair growth on my face which I cannot hide with make up and my wedding coming soon, they have put me through rude indifferent treatment which was not the case when they were extorting the money during the payment. My in laws and their extended family are coming next week. How am I supposed to go in front of them with two months of a "beard" on my face and upper lip? This is an emotional trauma as I cannot go to work in the day time either since it is so visible. I cannot go out on weekends because it is so embarrassing. The Koramangla center asked me to co ordinate with the Jayanagar center but they have been so rude to me. They keep telling me that the session will happen the next day and they cancel it the next day. They have told me not to use any other method of hair removal between sessions therefore I cannot touch the hair either. I want a refund of the money so that I can go for this treatment to other places.

I am geetha [protected] i enrolled for weight loss treatment with clear communication that i am trying if does not suit i need refund of amount. i have never taken any facial or any cosmetic treatment. second session itself proved unsuitable it caused me health issue so i went to them for refund of 22000 i paid no response for the phone calls, email, they say their company policy they cannot refund, how can they have a company policy to cheat customer how can they want charity for the service not given

Bodycare gurgaon centre took 16700 rupees rom me or 20 kg wieght loss and 10 body massages.Till date there has been no results, i asked them to convert my package to beauty services or reund my money back as they promised that there will be weight loss but nothing happened .I want my money back, They are not agreeing to anything and cancelling my membership without fulilling the commitment. Please help on the above matter

Hi, I have joined body care, Hyderabad 3 months back, they have charged 13000 Rs from me for 15 Kgs weigh loss along with 11 AVT's (Massages) this package was clearly told to me by counsellor Bhargavi. On the bill she mentioned 15 kgs weigh loss and 5 Avt's (Massages). back side of the bill she wrote 5 massages as complementary. then I have realised she promised for 11 but she gave bill for 10 massages, upon asking she made correction and wrote as 5+1 Massages on the back side of the bill. therapist Zeeshan also noted down the same in front of me in the register. now after 3 months both the ladies have quit body care, now their corporate people are refused to give me the complementary services written back side of the bill. they treated me very badly, they even commented on my weight, they made me to cry in the clinic itself. they cheated me on top of it they are saying I am fool I should have not considered her to write something on back of the bill .they said what ever you want you do we don't care for a Damn... no one can do any thing... you are a fool....we don't allow you to continue with the rest of the package... you got package for bloody through away price....they have insulted me very badly, I want justice for the insult they did to me.pl help where should I file the complaint.

I had enrolled an year back at BODY CARE - GUJRAWALAN TOWN BRANCH and paid them 15,000 rupees. Initially it was told by there Centre manager that incase there is no weight loss they will give me beauty services. Over the past 1 month I have been requesting them to convert my package as there is no weight loss but the new centre manager refused to do so. SHe is very rude and says our policies have changed from april onwards. She mentioned clearly if you want to convert pay us the conversion charges that also cost around 3370 else she cannot do anything. I refused to pay more money and requested her to still convert and now she says she cannot do anything and will forward it to the corporate office. Wen i asked for the email id of corporate office she refused to give.
I really want that something should be done against them and all the people are facing similar complaints. Initially what they say they dont deliver and make the customers fool and dupe them.

I went to the Bodycare for laser removal treatment for upper lip and chin, In the beginning they said 80-85% guarantee and we have taken package for Rs 10000 for 7 sittings. After 7 sittings and another 2 sittings(bonus), We see more hair growth than before treatment. When we ask them they talk all non-sense. They are BIG cheaters, don't know what to do now.

I have Straiten my hair 3 months ago at "Kaya Body Care" Baner Pune while ironing they burnt my hair which i came to know a month back. Cause hair is grown & it can be seen, it's look weird which is very embarrassing for girl. There was no use of straightening(Smoothning) as i have to tie my hair regularly cause of my hair damage. There are two big patches on my scalp. i.e I want compensation of this damage. The saloon is not ready to pay any sort of compensation to me. They don't have any regrets for the damage they did for me I am suffering as i paid the huge amount for this service.

I hv been customer of Body care Faridabad for last 1 year. I joined body care with slimming and later on add beauty services also. In oct’10 I hv renewed my package of 12 MBL/Tanning as yr marketing stafff after me to renew the pkg but I am not at all satisfied with the services . There is no effect on my face so either you improve yr products/services or else please refund my entire money. I don’t want to continue with BODY CARE anymore.

I have so many complaints with this bodycare that i am really confused where to start with.
1. Filthy towels they use. They keep reusing the same towel for all customers after giving any body service like lypo tucks,body polish,body spa.
2. People on reception show attitude when you want a date for service as if they r paying for the services not us ! :-|
3. Even after taking an appointment they'll make you wait for 30-40 min at least and if you are late by even 10 minutes , then you have made the biggest mistake of your life and their "management" gets disturbed !
4. At the time of taking money, they promise to be co-operative. But when its time to act,then plz, they have so many customers and they are helpless.
5. I was promised that my account will be transferred to Bangalore from Noida as I planned to move post-marriage. They made me take a big package and said it wont get wasted because I can continue taking services in Bangalore. Now that I have moved here, I have been calling them for the past 2 months, daily and they still happen to have stuck somewhere and are unable to transfer tha account.When I call them, they toss me around between corporate office and manager at Noida centre.I have to call both the centers alternately and give "attendence" daily at one office for sure. I guess they are waiting for me to give up and leave hope of getting services against my hard earned money.

I realize it was a big mistake taking any service from them. I have never seen such a mismanagement and ignorance towards clients. I feel like suing them. Worst part is that they dint even have a website of their own where u can leave a feedback and no way of reaching the top management to complain. Feeling helpless and frustrated !

i have taken a service for inch loss from body care which was not as promising as it was explained at the beginning. i stopped using the service after taking 6 sittings although i have given the payment of 10 sittings. after 2 months of leaving the service in-between i got a call from body care that i should meet them they can help me out if i am not satisfied with their service. i met them and they offered me that i can switch to another service and they will give me extra benefits in that service. i have then switched to beauty service, after taking 1 sitting my i got pimples on my face. i had consulted to doctors than, and they suggested me to stop using the service any more. i explained this to bodycare and showed my prescription too n requested them to pay my cash back, because the service they are providing is not according to my skin and i don't want any more experiments to be done on my skin, i am requesting them from past 1 month but they are not giving any commitment that they will pay my cash back.
please help me out.

I went to Body care Hyderabad after seeing their advts in local papers for weight and inch loss about one and half months back.as they promised a weight loss of 15 kg and 5 inch waist loss, I paid 16000 and so far took about 12 sessions.I have not lost even 2 kg and no change in waistline.every time they tell a story why I am not losing.

I spoke to my friends at Bangalore,they laughed at my ignorance for going to such a fraudulent and cheating center.They have advised me to go to Consumer forum and also complain to advt.council for false advts.

This should be a lesson for others.Please don't go there and lose your money.This is a big cheater based company.Don't get carried away.

Body care Hyderabad is complete fraudulent one.They release all false advts in papers about weight loss,inch loss,tummy loss,fat loss at ridiculously low prices(with conditions apply in SMALLEST FONT).I went there and fell to their sweet talk.Even after 10 sessions I have not lost even 2 kgs.leave aside inch loss.Not lost even one inch.

Stay away from these creepy cheats,day light robbers....scamsters.

I did not lose even 1" and even 1 kg at Body Care Hyderabad. I have paid Rs. 24,900/- about 2 months back. I have attended about 15 sessions. They take weight before and after the sessions. After one session, it was showing that I lost about 500-700 gms, but after two days (following their diet plan/exercise), I have put on more weight than before.
When I complained, they've asked me to further reduce my intake and asked me to do more jogging, crunches and cardio along with brisk walking.
My family members and friends laughed at me and showed reviews of Body Care Delhi, Vishakapatnam wherein everybody complained that Body Care is a bogus institution and advised not to go.
With my experience, I am also advising gullible people like me to stay away from Body Care. They don't even give a refund.

gurgaon centre of body care, the dietitian geetanjali is unprofessional and ill mannered.
I am body care client for past 6 months . i haven't lost weight . apart from that , i booked appointment on 13 march at 11 am for liposuction . the lady dietitian asked me to take another session and then liposuction for which I came for.
At 12:15 she said i have to wait for 15 minutes . i waited and then she said come tomo . that so rude . body care people do not respect clients and their time . I have paid almost 30,000 rs for therapies . but i don't care for money . my time is more precious than money . that lady doesn't even bother to say sorry .
I had an appointment at 12:30 some where and i delayed that due to my session of liposuction, i told her clearly , still she was not bothered. i should have been given the session because i took appointment and then came not just walked in .
So nonprofessionals working there . that's pathetic . keep my money as donation .
I don't fly off , but that's a big warning . i am the director of 4 - 5 hotels and resorts . i know what is hospitality all about and its high time that u people realize .

with a commitment to weight loss by FARIDABAD CROWN PLAZA BRANCH, but the have failed to do so in scheduled time but the have not reduce my weight in 6 months. also staff are not skilled 1 to 2 times they have given me electric shock to me due to failure of the apparatus (machines). i m heart patient i am eating diet as per my doctor's and BODY CAR dietitian advice
in between i have undergo for ANGIOPLASTY OPERATION on dated 13/sep/2011 and i have informed the centre by telephone and personally visited the center also i understand that my ANGIOPLASTY OPERATION is due to BODY CARE NEGLIGENCE in treatment being at heart patient
i want compensation of about 3 lakhs

Complaint against The Body Care : Slimming & Beauty Clinic for Men & Women, Law College Road Pune :

1. Commitment of Weight Loss 10 KGs in 24 Hours. Fees paid Rs.6000/- for a treatment of 2.5 months. We & many other people who require treatment get attracted to such ads & register themselves. But, these 24 hours are over a period of 3 months & 24 sessions of One Hour Each. These sessions are 3 days in a week. A Vibrating Machine is tightened over the tummy & obviously the body losses around 100 - 200 gms in one hour. But what happens is, on the next day which is a non-treatment day, the body might put-up some weight again. When the customer goes there on the alternate day, the body again losses some weight. this happens for around a month.
2. Further, after a month or so, on their record, they say that we have reduced the weight (100 gms x 14 days). But actually, since the weight loss sessions are only on alternate days, the actual weight of the body does not come down proportionately & then they say that the customer is not taking care of his/her body.
3. Then they tend to suggest that now since his/her body is not responding, he/she should enroll for some massage treatment also where the customer is supposed to pay Rs.5000/- more.
4. My wife had actually gone through this. Later, they started harassing her by asking her very very personal questions like her income & source of income, where i work, her family planning details like does she use any contraceptives, how she manages without get herself operated etc ... & later one of the ladies there even went to the extent of asking her whether she has a husband or not .....''for no apparent reason.''
5. My wife is absolutely disgusted with such behavior of those people & not in the frame of mind to even go there & avail the so called treatment. We gave them a call for discontinuing the treatment & get our money back for the services which we have not availed at all. But they declined.
6. We & many other people & especially ladies, would have faced this before & would be facing later as well ....

I joined BodyCare (last year) for my pre-bridal and bridal package and since then I've been in trouble.

From September, 2010 to February 2011 they billed me for various services that they have not provided till date.

For some services they charged me 7500 per session and these services are not even mentioned in "List of Services" for e.g. Wine Body Therapy in which they used local whiskey they got from the liquor shop at DLF Qutub Plaza Market. I got rashes on my body before my wedding.

For some services they charged me an amount that is more than what is listed in their "Price List".

They merged some of the services together in December & January to complete the package - Body Polishing, Dead Sea (not listed in their price list), Stretch Marks (not listed in their price list), Hands & Leg Pigmentation (not listed in their price list). But, I was only given body polishing in the sessions.

There is an amount for more than 25 Thousand (un-utilized) for which I am requesting a refund (verbally); since March 2011. But, they are not listening to me. I want someone to please help me get an refund (at least for the amount that is pending).

Last year in 2010 I took a slimming Pakage From Body care Slimming Centre Which is in DLF phase-1 just next to VLCC. The pakage i took was of More than 13 thousand Rupees with guarnteed weight loss.i went for 1st session and i found that they provide used dirty towels to their costumers and the staff is very Rude specially the manager Ms.Kajal. when i went for 2nd session i got electric current from their vibration machine.For the 3rd session they refused to give me session because i was above 300 gms of body weight more than before, and they called it their rule which they didnot explained in first meeting.
In my first meeting with Bodycare Manager Ms Kajal, she gave me guarntee that i will loose weight Faster than Vlcc. She was very sweet on the first day.i agreed and gave her money. After 3-4 sessions i started getting rude and bad responses and services.
Then i told them that i am not happy with the service and i want my money back. then they told me that we wont give you money back but you can convert your money in beauty packages. after that they started ignoring my calls and telling me that they will call me back after talking to their head office people and i havent got any call from them. i kept trying with the requests and sent my elder sister to talk to them. but they really mis behaved with my sister and my sister got very angry on me that why i joined bodycare with such unprofessionals. i called them and asked the reason of misbehaving they said you have to come and can take the beauty pakage or give us the approval in written that you want your voucher to be given to any of your selected family member the next day i sent an application regarding that my money invested in bodycare slimming pakage should be converted into beauty and my sister can utlise this beauty pakage. Now its been one year and i went to BODYCARE GURGAON to speak with the manager. MS. KAJAL came to talk to me and i said that convert my money in Beauty package, but she refused even saying that you are late and your money is expired, we havent heard from you from last one year and havent received any courier application.i kept requesting to MS.KAJAL but she 'SHOUTED' on me that you will not get your money after one year. she misbehaved badly with me in front of receptionist, costumers, staff and security. And she was about to slap me and shouted on me that "I WONT LET YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU DONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK"
