Bombay Hospital — room sharing

I am sharing a semi private room in the bombay hospital room no 1030. There are three people in the room with the patient. They are washing clothes inside the bathroom. My patient was with an emergency to go the washroom i have to take him outside the room. Please look into this matter. This has caused us a lot of mental tension inspite we are giving full amount.
