Sir i purchase two type of memory card 32gb of three piece and 16gb of two piece memory card from bookthecart.com on 1-4-2016 order number is[protected] and [protected] but after delivery when i checked the card it is defective when i connected it with my pc then im unable to copy anything in it .After that i try to contact to customer care but phone is switch off then return through online then an email got for collection the same...

To the website bookthecart, which order id: [protected] .I recived our order on[protected]Approx) at 1:30pm.When memory card inserted into the mobile then card is not working(Shows massege --corrupted).
Another problem is that memory card is diffrent from give order.
On the site memory card show samsung evo, but this memory card is not samsung...

I buy two 32 GB memory card from bookthecart. When I receive and use it . it is not working. I send return request but no response. I call no of time but no response. I day they pickup my call and told me that your money will be refunded in 5-7 working day. Now 8 day pastaway but no response from. I call again but they not pickup the phone. Am ordered A Ray-Ban Green Aviator Men's Sunglasses and power bank of Sony...that is not good in quality. Ray-Ban Green Aviator have not good in shape and size.his finishing is not proper..these item looks false and useless..Power bank have not good battery backup..its value is 6000 MAH but gives the value approx 800 MAH to 1000 MAH..Am want to return these orders to your company.Please return my amount..Am so worry about this..Am waiting...

I mailed to their id they send me that within 24-48 hours our vendor will call for replacement .But till now no call i had get.Their no. Was also not ringing.

I have requested for return or replacement also but they didn’t respond.. even the contact numbers which are given in website are switch off. I have emailed them but getting no response.. Please do the needful for me...

I ordered one 32 GB SD card of Samsung and now it is not supporting and when i am trying to contact them, they not even responding.
When I tried it in other mobile it shows a message always " damaged SD card ".
I even tried to format it but it also not worked.
Please tell me the solution for this problem.
Plz replace my SD card with new one or refund my money.
Plz do it as soon as possible....
